She had the big dress at the last wedding and look at how that turned out. Perhaps she should consentrate on having a good marriage instead of how she’ll look. That might be better.

@Crystal – Yeah right. Like any woman on earth doesn’t concentrate on how she will look on her wedding day. That’s a ridiculous statement. “I need to concentrate more on my relationship. I’ll just show up in jeans and a t-shirt.”

Dress is t o much for her second time around. She would look good anything but something simple and elegant.

Oh crystal…you bitter, bitter woman. Reem Acra and People are focusing on what she’ll wear…Jennifer Aniston never asked them to do that. Plus, I’m pretty sure that brides can focus on their dress, the wedding, and the marrage and be just fine!!! Also, there was only ONE picture released from her first wedding…and all that showed was from the shoulders up. The paps didn’t get a pic…and guests didn’t either. There hasn’t been one single leak of the dress from that wedding. Know what you’re talking about before you comment, troll!!!

I can’t picture Jennifer picking either of these foofy embellished gowns. I don’t think this designer gets Jennifer Aniston’s style AT ALL. Her first wedding dress was super simple and elegant. Why would she all of a sudden decide to be a princess bride at age 44 for a 2nd marriage???

But it does get this designer’s name out there which is the point of this article. Let her stay a designer to B List celebs.

IMO,it will be simple, stylish and low key…after all, it is her 2nd wedding…a big lavish affair and dress doesn’t seem to be her taste. Not knowing her personally, only what we read, how can we even make an assumption? Just so she is happy.

She’s 43 years old. By the time she get’s married the second time – she’ll probably be 44 years old.

It’s ridiculous to wear a princess dress at the 2nd wedding. Her LAST wedding was the “wedding of the century” and look how that turned out.

She should focus on her MARRIAGE not the wedding – which I’m sure she’s not even going to invite her own mother – just like her last wedding.

I don’t think either of these look like something Jennifer Aniston would wear. They’re pretty, they just don’t seem like her style.

my god, she’s in her 40′s. and no one goes “fairy princess” for their second marriage. mature women get married all the time and do better than this w/ an “expert”.

I love Reem Acra! I love the big poofy princess dress, but I picture Jennifer in the second dress, which is also extremely beautiful! She always seems to navigate to dresses more straight and simple and if you have seen pictures of her house, then you know that is very modern and simple as well. Of course she could always want to go in a different direction for her wedding but I would kind of be surprise if she went for a princess dress!

The poufy ball gown one is so not Aniston’s style, but I could totally see her in the second dress. Then again, I feel like she’ll go very simple this time, given she already did the big wedding/fancy dress thing.

I know these were hypothetical designs because of People’s request and not Jen Aniston’s so my comment is not a judgment of Jennifer. I thought it was considered tacky or gauche to do the elaborate wedding the 2nd time around. I thought those celebrations were supposed to be a bit more low key…

I see Justjen eloping, getting married on a beach with very close friends and family. A simple white strapless dress, no shoes. Question is….. Will she have her hair up with white flowers or hair down? I believe Justjen will have a lavish reception later on after the elopement. Will she be able to escape the papparazi? Only time will tell. I can’t see her in either one. The left with all the floral roses attached – no way! Too much fluff and froo-froo. Definitely not Jennifer! The right maybe but not with a striped veil. My wedding dress was from Reem Acra…she specializes in very intricate beading and embroidery, both done by hand. I am disappointed with the designs they sketched. Looks like they just slapped together something to give PEOPLE and the public. I see Jen in a more contemporary, form-fitting strapless, definitely without too much fluff, simple, something “refreshing” for this wedding to display how she feels with Justin, something effortless with a touch of sophistication and elegance. And I agree with another poster…Advice…I think she should focus not so much on the wedding and more on what’s important. Many fall victim (including myself). Next time around I will do the same.

The one to the right is more Jen’s style. She’ll wear something modern and with clean lines like her usual style. She doesn’t wear a lot of embellishments. Who knows? Maybe she’ll surprise all of us. I can’t see her getting married anytime soon. She’ll be like the Jolie-Pitts and Dax Shepherd and Kristen Bell and be engaged forever.

Both of the dresses are exquisite. The one on the left is a bit more my style, but then I’m me and Jen is Jen. I can’t wait to see what she really wears!

It is her second wedding but why should that restrict her to a “simple” wedding/dress. She obviously is happy and is establishing a new relationship and new marriage. I say she will look beautiful in whatever she chooses whether she looks glamorous, simple, or like a princess.

The second gown reminds me of her, how she usually dresses.
She usually wears form-fitting clothing that show off how toned she is, and I can just picture her in that dress. I think she would look lovely in it.

I must say that neither of these dresses fit her style. Not sure what they were thinking…

How pathetic it is that these dresses are “designed for Jennifer Aniston” and yet they are drawn onto “models” that look nothing like Jen or her body shape. How are we supposed to imagine her in them when they are so clearly out of proportion from any real woman? Fashion designers have seriously got weird taste in the human shape.

OH Good Grief! Maybe that is what is wrong with these infamous weddings….too much time and money spent on a circus….and not enough time spent on the meaning of marriage….I promise you its not about the dress……after the first time its just redundant! I’m not a fan of the big dress….lavish reception…nice romantic small wedding….give me the money….down payment for a house…..or a really great honeymoon….its just all kind of silly…..especially when you have walked down the aisle before! All these silly Bridal shows….have warped the minds of young women….LOL…yes I have a daughter and daughter-in-law….and getting ready to another son married….all I can say to myself, there goes my trip to Italy! Here we go with the barrage of articles about Jen’s dress, destination wedding, maid of honor, guests, food, wedding invites, shoes, hairstyle, honeymoon, babies…will it EVER end? She’s not end all be all celebrity.

Isn’t is kind of a farce! She’s already done the million dollar wedding and that didn’t work and i don’t think this one will work either.

I totally see in her in some very simple, flawy gown… on the beach, with her hair braided to the side… Jen is a minimalist and I couldn’t see her wearing the BIG dress… that was the Jen from 1999 not the Jen now.

Second wedding normally allows for something a lil more casual than a huge Cinderella dress, no?

I’ve never seen her wear anything other than than the Little Black Dress in some way or another. My guess is it will be closer to that than these sketches.

Reese Witherspoon looked fabulous at her second wedding. Jennifer’s relationship with Justin seems simple…not glam — will be a great day.

@Crystal- You weren’t paging attention. She wore a very simple, form-fitting dress when she married whats-his-name…not a Princess Gown.

They’re both beautiful, but I think because this is her second marriage, that she’ll wear something a lot more simple. But elegant knowing her!

She is not young enough for the flouncy princess style dress. Something more mature would suit her better.

Jen is known for her simple, clean, Calvin Klein-esque style. Neither dress works for her.

Jen would look best in a clean, floor length, close fitting white gown. No embellishments, capes, fishtails, etc.

Why all these comments about “look how her first marriage turned out”? I don’t believe that was her choice for the end of her marriage.
Would anyone be surprised if she chose something sophisticated, flattering and age appropriate? I wouldn’t – she dresses that way all the time.

Personally, I think it’s tacky to have a second wedding with all the fuss. Go to the court house, then throw yourselves a nice party with friends and family.

Here we go! I knew it! The moment I read she was engaged I knew there would be all manner of articles on every small detail of her upcoming wedding! Next someone will write about how many trips she makes to the bathroom before the wedding and maybe if we’re lucky someone will tell us if Justin was around to pass her a roll of toliet paper! Aggg! enough already!

I don’t think Jennifer would wear either of these dresses. I could see her in something much more simple and relaxed and flowy. She doesn’t strike me as the princess ballgown or stiff frilly type.

I agree with several other posters here, neither of these dresses seem like they are Jen’s personality, but what the heck do I know?
I would have thought Jen would go for classical, form fitting, elegant and non fussy…….yet very subtly sexy too….

I didn’t know there was a rule that when getting married a second time women can’t wear white, tulle gowns. Second I didn’t know that women over 40 should just dress simple and not fairy tale like. What if the woman is marrying a man (like Jennifer Aniston is) who HASN’T been married before & he hopes she wears a beautiful ball gown? Would any of you turn that down? I don’t believe there is a handbook on second weddings. It’s to a new person (hopefully) so why not have that first wedding feeling?

Love these sketches but can’t see JA wearing them – too femmy for her I think. She’s more of a low-key person and would choose something more simple and down-to-earth. She’s not the super-glam person (although she dresses well and keeps fit) so I think her wedding dress will accent this.

This is a misleading headline, it sounds as though Acra was chosen as Aniston’s designer which is not the case. As for the designs themselves, I agree with everyone who stated that that is not her style at all, she is modern, minimal and very edgy, her first wedding dress was very modern-chic as well, not big or dramatic at all..Best of luck to her and her fiancé, they’re both very talented and great looking, their kids will have very intense and beautiful blue/green eyes =)

I like the 2nd dress best. I can just see her in this dress. Simple(effortless beauty) was with BP. I hope she puts on the glitz with this one. Above all I just wish her true and forever happiness, and a beautiful baby. I maybe 2 at the most.

Personally, I don’t think either design represents Jennifer’s style. Has the designer ever seen Jennifer on the red carpet or any pictures of this woman at all??? Jennifer’s style is more simple, classy and understated. Less glitzy then either of these dresses. I can’t picture her wearing the first gown at all…way too much dress. And the second one has too much beading. Over-the-top for Jennifer. Whatever she is going to wear, she will be beautiful! I love her!! A real class act!
