The Pretty Dress You Missed This Weekend: Emmy Rossum's Pink Confection

Emmy Rossum gave new meaning to the term “Sunday best” this weekend, wearing a gorgeous pink Monique Lhuillier dress while out in New York City yesterday.

The form-fitting fuchsia frock — with tulle detail on the arms and neckline — is from the designer’s resort 2013 collection, and Rossum finished the look with Chopard hoops and nude pumps.

According to the actress’s Twitter, she spent the day filming an episode of Project Runway at Parsons The New School for Design in Manhattan. Following the shoot, she headed to the airport to fly back to Los Angeles and promote her Showtime hit, Shameless.

We flipped for the elegant black-and-white Zuhair Murad Rossum wore last week, and this pretty pink dress is a perfect follow-up. Between those two looks and the flawless floral frock she also wore over the weekend, we have to admit it: we have serious closet envy. Tell us: What do you think of the pink dress? Did you wear anything extra-fun this weekend?
