Ashley Greene‘s style has changed for the better through the years — at least the actress believes so.

“I have more of it — more style and stuff!” Greene jokes on Harper’s Bazaar‘s new YouTube show, The Look. “I think I’ve just become aware of what works on me and what doesn’t. And that trends don’t work for everybody — most people in fact.”

Something else has changed fashion-wise for the Twilight star: “I have to make sure I look half-decent when I walk out of the house … I can’t wear pajamas to the grocery store anymore.”

And though the face of DKNY prefers “skinny jeans, flats, a nice top and a purse” for her daytime look, she finally feels at ease on the red carpet. “At the second Twilight premiere, I felt very glamorous and I was comfortable,” she says. “I was kind of having more fun with fashion, as compared to like walking around wide-eyed because I grew up in Jacksonville. We wear shorts and T-shirts.”
