What’s the Toughest Part of Being a Neutrogena Girl?
Thanks to their roles as Neutrogena brand ambassadors, Hayden Panettiere and Emma Roberts are serious about two things: skincare and surprisingly, education.
“I’m so happy to be part of Neutrogena’s Wave for Change,” Roberts tells PEOPLE of the brand’s charitable endeavor, which gives educational opportunities to children in need. “I have a little sister who’s 11 and I couldn’t imagine her not being able to have an education,” she adds.
Fellow spokeswoman Panettiere shares the same sentiment. “To have a kid that doesn’t even get that chance in the world to be educated, to be smart, to be wise and to go after goals and their dreams … That’s the saddest thing I’ve ever heard,” she says.
And while Roberts appreciates the opportunity to support such a great cause, there’s another perk to the Neutrogena gig that she enjoys chatting about, too. “I get to wash my face in Neutrogena commercials — which is really hard, by the way,” she jokes. But it is fun, she adds. “I mean it’s every girl’s dream to get to play with makeup for a job.”
