Why Orlando Bloom Makes Miranda Kerr Nervous

It’s hard to believe Miranda Kerr ever gave birth — because her body shows absolutely no sign of it on the cover (below) of Harper’s Bazaar UK‘s August issue.

“I didn’t feel pressure to snap back into shape,” the supermodel tells the glossy. “My priority was just having my son and breastfeeding, which was something I really wanted to do, and it came easily.”

Although she didn’t feel pushed to get fit, she certainly is in better shape than ever. “I do these exercises in the morning, they’re called chakra exercises,” she says in a behind-the-scenes video. “They’re a series of twists … It only takes about 10 minutes. It’s a great way to get your waistline back after having a baby!”

Photographer Giampaolo Sgura shot the equestrian-themed spread at Mike Tyson’s former estate in New Jersey, with the Victoria’s Secret model striking poses in blazers and corsets by Azzedine Alaïa and Hermès (among others).

Kerr also admits that while she loves her doting hubby, Orlando Bloom, she’s not thrilled that he attends her fashion shows. “I never really want Orlando to be there [in the audience of a show] because it makes me nervous,” she explains. “But last year, he was like, ‘You have no choice, I’m coming’. And the one time he was attending the show, my shoe decided to fall off.”

I want to thank the kind souls who have taken the time to reassure me about Orlando’s dog. We usually see pictures of the couple with their son and the samll dog. So happy to hear it is still with him.

Oh Susan…. It’s not about you. She was only talking about herself. Why are you so bothered by this? Some women have an easier time with birth and breastfeeding than others. No big deal. I’m sure you’re much better at Miranda Kerr at other things. Like math, for example. Or maybe baking cookies or spinning plates. Could be anything. The fact that she didn’t say “luckily” doesn’t mean she’s bragging or being unsympathetic toward other women. Don’t be so critical of her. It makes you look small.

I like the Photo, and Miranda Kerr looks great on The New Issue of Harper Bazaar’s Newest Issue, hmm… interesting that she gets nervous from her Hubby, Orlando Bloom, sorry that happens, but it’s not all the time, lol!

Orlando’s dog is called Sidi and if you Google, there are plenty of recent pictures. Why think the worst of a woman you don’t even know?

Yup, I totally understand Miranda Kerr. I’m a supermodel too and when my hubby and kids show up to my runway show and throw popcorn and soda on the catwalk it just fires me up. Especially when I saw Cindy C. take a tumble and she threatened to sue me. Well that was the end of that! No more hubby and no more kids. :)

JJ – I was wondering about Sidi as an animal lover who knows that kind of thing happens all the time. The new bride or groom doesn’t like the dog or cat of the new mate and good bye to those poor animals who are often abandoned. I’m happy to learn Sidi is still alive and well and I can start having respect for Orlando again. As for Miranda,I don’t go for models, very superficial women who earn a living and celebrity for their physical appearance. I hope she is intelligent and treats Sidi well but she seems to prefer her small dog.

Vie, are you seriously saying you are going to be so judgmental about someone you don’t even know and criticize her about a dog which is doing just fine, because she’s a model so she must be superficial? Wow, that is just kind of odd to me. Why not find out first, like sometime in the last several YEARS, and give her a few nods for having given birth to a 10 lb plus baby and having breastfed, even though she went back to work in a few months. We need to support each other, not slam each other without any knowledge of what is truly going on. Sheesh, no wonder women don’t trust other women, or feel as if they can turn to them when they are having difficulties. She seems ti be trying to build a good marriage and she appears to deserve props for always taking care of her child and encouraging BF. Not everyone can do it with ease, but it’s nice to hear someone say it’s not always a 24 hour a day ordeal, and nearly impossible to accomplish.
