Kristen Stewart made big beauty news when she was named the face of Balenciaga’s newest fragrance, Florabotanica, and now fans can finally get a look at the gorgeous ad campaign.

During an interview with WWD, Stewart admitted she was unsure about how she should pose for the photos. “When I first stood there, I was like, ‘OK, do you want me to show the curves of the dress? Do you want me to stand like this? Like that?’ And they were like, ‘Just be comfortable.’”

Along with approving of the futuristic floral ad (shot by famed photographer Steven Meisel), she’s also 100 percent happy with the fragrance.

“There is something natural about it,” the On The Road actress explained. “It’s very alive. I think that as a young person wearing it — considering that I’ve never worn a scent — it kind of puts you on this level of, like, ‘Whoa, check me out.’”

The star also admitted that she was rather nervous to initially smell it. “I’m very lucky that I like the fragrance, because I would have done anything with [Balenciaga designer Nicolas Ghesquière],”she revealed. “And I’m a terrible liar.”

Florabotanica features notes of vetiver, amber and caladium-leaf accord, a (hybrid) rose, carnation and mint accord and is set to be released in September. Tell us: What do you think of the ad?

The ad doesn’t do anything for me. I think the dress and pose look totally out of place. Kirsten Stewart is an average looking gal, and average actress, who just happened to land a place in a popular movie. Nothing about her achievements to date would compel me to buy a perfume that she advocates.

Where is Morticia?

WTF? This ad is a hot mess and of course Kristen looks messy and constipated. Oh and before her worshipers try to say I’m jealous. Er, no. The only thing that I might be jealous of is her bank account, but that could be said about many actors.

I can see why the head line says that she stuns in the the add. She looks as if she is stunned lol.

I am sorry to say. But this add looks like someone’s first attempt at photoshop and just placed a bunch of pictures into one place. It is the worse perfume add I have ever seen.

Love her but that is not a stunning picture of her. I have seen absolutely beautiful pics of her, but that seriously is not one of them.

She smelled it before she endorsed it?
That doesn’t exactly make me want to rush out and buy it.

I love Kristen Stewart. She’s such a beautiful young woman and looks stunning in this ad. I’ll definitely be buying this fragrance when it comes out!

I think the design is pretty cool and different. I actually really like it. As always Kristen Stewart brings out tons of response both positive and negative. She never disappoints in that way and that’s what brands want from her. Anything Kristen related never flies under the radar which is always a positive for her.

She looks stunned, but what else is new.
