An Open Letter to Shailene Woodley

First off, we love you. You were awesome in The Descendants, you make The Secret Life of the American Teenager worth watching and you just seem super fun to hang out with. We also appreciate that you’re not into acting for the perks — you’re in it to be a serious screen star. And we have no doubt you will be.
However, when we saw this shot of you at the Red Lights premiere in New York Monday night, we were slightly let down. Wet hair on the carpet? An oversized plaid shirt that hides your cute figure? We know you’re not into fashion — and totally respect that — but we also know you have the ability to try a little harder, like you’ve done at fashion shows and other low-key red carpet events in the past.
We admit it: we’ve come to work with wet hair before, too. And there are many, many days when we just don’t feel like getting dressed. But for the red carpet, expectations run a little bit higher — no matter how hard you want to resist. So send us your address, and we’ll be happy to send you a hair dryer and a comfy LBD.
