Julianne Hough Dons a Brunette Wig — But We Want to See What’s Underneath!

Fresh off of the Rock of Ages press tour, Julianne Hough is rocking a fresh look. But her new brunette wig — worn on the set of her latest film, Safe Haven — isn’t what we’re interested to see.
In a radio interview with boyfriend Ryan Seacrest last week, Hough revealed that she chopped off her hair for the role. “I thought I would give you a little surprise when I see you,” she joked to her shocked beau. “I actually literally just cut it all off.”
Hough said she didn’t go ‘Charlize style’ — “It’s not buzzed,” she shared — but apparently her new ‘do (still blonde) hits just below her chin. “I’m very excited,” she added.
The actress went brunette in November of 2010 (though later told PEOPLE that Seacrest prefers her as a blonde), and just last year, cut her hair to her chin, too.
Safe Haven, currently shooting in Wilmington, NC, also stars Josh Duhamel, who recently changed up his hairstyle for a different film.
