What’s that saying about couples that look alike? It’s starting to apply to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, who debuted matching hairdos in West Hollywood on Wednesday.

DeGeneres has always had a short cut, however, de Rossi was always known for her longer blonde locks. But her new look — even parted to the right, like DeGeneres’s hair — mirrors that of her spouse.

DeGeneres and de Rossi — together since 2004 — married in 2008. Tell us: Have you ever had a haircut similar to that of a partner or friend?

I LOVE Ellen; think she’s so hilarious, and I find her and Portia to be a very refreshing couple. They seem down-to-earth and actually seem to be in love with each other. I think some straight couples in Hollywood (and otherwise) could take notes from these awesome two…

Those aren’t matching hairstyles; however, the shorter style looks very nice on Portia.
