Kate’s Jubilee Dress: First Seen on Kim Kardashian

The Duchess of Cambridge was literally radiant in red for Sunday’s Diamond Jubilee festivities in London, wearing a pleated Alexander McQueen number paired with a matching hat. But as it turns out, we’ve seen this dress before — and, surprisingly, it wasn’t on Kate.

Kim Kardashian (who had another high-fashion faceoff last week) wore a similar version of the frock last August while in New York City. The reality starlet’s creation — a bit shorter — lacked the sleeves and boatneck detail of Kate’s dress. Kate paired her McQueen with nude pumps and a red clutch, while Kardashian accessorized with a statement necklace, metallic clutch and snakeskin platforms.

I can not believe they would compare those two, Kim should not even be mentioned in the same sentence as Kate. Kim should not be mentioned anywhere!!!!!!

Look at the numbers on that poll. People are clearly disgusted by the question. This, folks in the entertainment press, is what happens when you keep on shoving the Kate Middleton/Kim Kardashian comparison down our throats.

we have to bear in mind that the poll asks about the outfit of both women and not about class, so we should answer as such. we should also bear in mind that the outfits were worn to completely different occasions. i would refuse to beleive that individuals replying to this post did not complete high school and don’t ko=now how to answer questions. kate is required to dress a certain way in keeping with her title. imagine what the queen would think if she showed up the day in what kim has on! on the other hand we would also think it weird if we saw kim in what kate has on. then again both women are built differently, physique-wise. Personally, i choose kim’s outfit. I don’t particularly like her but i’d rather wear what she haas on than her royal highness.
