Yeah, I love the people that knock Madonna-none of us know ANY 53 (or older) woman that is in the type of shape she is, except Christie Brinkley. These women work hard at their physique and are disciplined. Yes she has likely had some work done but you can’t argue that she rocks for being 53. Give her some credit. And has anyone heard any reviews on her MDNA tour?

Nobody wants to see Grandma Madge anymore.

People can knock Madge all they want. She still sells out arena’s. And her body is ripped for a 53 years old. Why is it everytime a woman looks good, another woman automatically goes right to the plastic surgery subject ? Not every woman spends her days at the Entenmann’s outlet. And like Kris said, above, Christie Brinkley’s body is ripped also for 58.

We’re all more than our bodies, dear sisters. We are minds and hearts, souls. We are creative, we are loving. We are amazing as we are. I feel sorry for someone so famous whose main focus is still sex-appeal. What service do you do for others with your millions?? I’ve got nothing against Madonna. There is a place for material girls for sure. Just like to see women who lead with their hearts and souls, their minds and brilliance. There is more than ever meets the eye!

She looks amazing for her age, and people who diss her are either jealous or Lady Gaga fans(not all, but quite a few).

I will be seeing her twice! In Toronto & Vancouver! Can’t wait! This tour is going to be EPIC.

haha @ heather… exactly! why is she going to change when she can still pull it off? im sick of the age-ist comments, she can still perform better than the girls half her age.

And for anyone who says MDNA was a flop (someone will say it) it may have been, but only because all focus has been on the tour. It was like the album was meant to support the tour, not the other way around like it usually is. That is what happens when you have Livenation, a company based on tours, as your record label.

Her daughter is probably so embarrassed. Jamie Lee Curtis gave an interview once about performing at the Oscars. She was going to be “flow-in” on a helicopter during the live broadcast. She took her teen daughter with her to the run-through, and said that although her daughter didn’t comment, the look on her face said it all. She then added something like, “there comes a time as a mom when you realize it’s THEIR turn now. And you tone it down.” Madonna isn’t very good at letting other people have their moment. I’m sure that has something to do with her having so many failed relationships. I think her choices here reflect who she is.

OK, so she’s 53 and in great shape. So am I, but I don’t dress like a child or a street walker. Just because you got it, doesn’t mean you have to flaunt it. She looks ridiculous and sadly hanging onto her youth.

It’s a shame Madonna can never win. If she goes out looking her age, she get’s criticized. If she goes out after having her face touched up, she gets criticized. She takes very good care of her body and eats right and people see this as a bad thing? With all the people in America getting fatter and fatter, and mass-consuming chemicals and processed foods, we should be inspired by this woman. Bottom line: Madonna is going to be criticized no matter WHAT she does.

Why not age gracefully and with some class? Enough with singers thinking it classy to perform wearing panties and a bra. Or maybe its to distrast from their lost voices?

Madonna’s outfits are covering her body a lot this tour which is good. I think when she does that long hair thing and gets practically naked it’s a mistake. Barely works for a woman in her twenties let alone her. Nicely fitted customs and shorter hair make her look younger and accentuate what a great dancer she is.

Madonna – you have nothing left to prove. You can be classy and be sexy at 53 without getting down to your bra and underwear. Set a new look of sophistication for yourself.

doesnt matter what shape your body is in, even fantastic shape, there comes a time when you are frankly too old to be dressing like a teenager.
it is time for madonna to grow up !!!!
