Honestly the dress/jacket didn’t bother me as much as the “boob bling” she was wearing. It appears to be a necklact that goes around her boobs. WTH?!

I think she’s trying too hard to be grown up. She’s an adult now but just barely. I agree that if you’re going to show cleavage you can’t also have a very short hemline. It’s one or the other if you have any class at all. No need for woman to dress like she’s selling herself on a corner to be sexy. That garners attention from males, but not the right kind unless all you’re after is to be used and tossed away afterward because that’s how they’ll view you dressed like that.

She looks Amazing this is perfect she is just the right age and she is beautiful. She is no longer a little girl and if she were older people would say she is to old for this look she looks young and perfect. If one is going to show some skin, it should be a little boobs OR a little leg. Clearly she has nice skin and – let’s face it – if anyone can pull this off, it’s a fit, early 20′s something. The only reason the comments are made is because EVERYONE knows she used to be on the Disney Channel. There are other 19yr olds who dress and show off more and NO ONE says anything. She’s 19 for crying out loud!!!! Not 12!!!!

If Miley had a prettier face she would not try so hard. She is just not that cute, so she makes up with sexy clothes. I think once she gets older she may become a little more secure and stop showing too much skin. At her age her boobs should not droop that much.The make up also makes her look too old.

I would strangle my 19 year old daughter before I let her leave the house like that. I get that she’s a star whatever, makes more money than her parents and 19 but seriously…if she’s dressing like that at 19, what will she NOT be wearing at 30?

It’s not about too much skin but I don’t think it was a great look for her. Yes people are talking but the look is too mature, the hair is a mess, and she looks like she is trying to be sexy instead of it just coming naturally. She’s trying too hard to prove she is a grown up.
