Did Miley Cyrus Show Too Much Skin at the Billboard Music Awards?

We know her style’s been getting sexier lately — short-shorts and tube tops, two-piece dresses, super-high slits — but was Miley Cyrus‘s latest fashion moment too racy?

The starlet showed up to the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night wearing a plunging white Jean Paul Gaultier blazer … and not much else. She paired the jacket with simple jewelry, black-and-white peep-toe shoes and makeup by Tarte.

“I love white on white,” she told PEOPLE while walking the red carpet. “I love a good white party.”

The outfit, though giving the appearance of airiness, was still quite warm, however. “There are nooks and crannies that get sweaty, I swear,” Cyrus added.

To be fair, the show did take place in Las Vegas, so most stars’ styles definitely had an extra dose of sexiness, but is showing this much skin inappropriate for a 19-year-old? Let us know what you think in the poll below!

She has a great body, and she’s really cute … but she looks old, and like she just left her boyfriend’s apartment wearing his shirt and nothing else. Trying too hard.

Are you serious people? I have seen some stars wear way worse and less, I think she looks great, the boob thing….well a little out there, but have you seen what TEENS wear in public these days?? This is mild to comparison! You go Miley!

It would be classier looking if her boobs weren’t hanging out. As is, it looks like she is trying way too hard.

She got exactly what she wanted… everyone looking at her and talking about her… even if she has to dress like a trolop to get it.

Her voice certainly can’t sell anything so I gather she must have taken a page from the Lindsay Lohan handbook on staying relevant in Hollywood…when all else fails use your body. I am so glad I am not teaching my daughter’s to emulate anyone in Hollywood, these people are not role models!

dressing like a sleazy ho bag doesn’t make you sexy…it just makes you look like a ho! too many young celebrities don’t realize this. the sexiest thing of all is a little mystery….
