Did Miley Cyrus Show Too Much Skin at the Billboard Music Awards?

We know her style’s been getting sexier lately — short-shorts and tube tops, two-piece dresses, super-high slits — but was Miley Cyrus‘s latest fashion moment too racy?

The starlet showed up to the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night wearing a plunging white Jean Paul Gaultier blazer … and not much else. She paired the jacket with simple jewelry, black-and-white peep-toe shoes and makeup by Tarte.

“I love white on white,” she told PEOPLE while walking the red carpet. “I love a good white party.”

The outfit, though giving the appearance of airiness, was still quite warm, however. “There are nooks and crannies that get sweaty, I swear,” Cyrus added.

To be fair, the show did take place in Las Vegas, so most stars’ styles definitely had an extra dose of sexiness, but is showing this much skin inappropriate for a 19-year-old? Let us know what you think in the poll below!

Is it just me or does it look like she’s wearing underwires to give her lift but no real bra??? It’s totally weird.

Miley is clearly a very pretty girl. But that’s just it, she is still a girl. It is a shame that she feels going pantsless is the best way to get attention. I wish these young actresses would not succumb to how they think society wants them to look, and instead focus on what makes them feel strong and confident. Her body language does not relay a confident young woman. Quit looking for approval from the outside, Miley.

With all of her money; she could wear any dress she wanted, but she chose this jacket-dress. Why not dress classy, she is a pretty woman who could have a great imagine, I just don’t understand why some of these celebrities dress the way they do.
