Jason Wu's Candle Collection: From Runway to Real Life

Jason Wu launched his very first candle in March, a mix of rare orchids infused with a bit of Asian pear. And while we love the scent, it’s the porcelain holder that really caught our eye.
The vessel features a gray, black and white orchid-floral petal print seen throughout much of Wu’s spring 2012 collection in skirts, blouses and other separates. And most recently, we saw the motif on Gabrielle Union, who wore a dress with the pretty pattern to a Jason Wu and InStyle bash in Hollywood last week.
“Florals play an important role in my designs,” Wu said in a release. “So for my first fragrance, I wanted to create a floral scent that would reflect my feminine design aesthetic.” Seems like that mission was definitely accomplished.
