Olivia Wilde Debuts a Short New Do

New love … new look? Olivia Wilde — recently linked to Jason Sudeikis — visited the Andy LeCompte Salon in West Hollywood Thursday, and left with a wavy new shoulder-length do. Though the In Time actress has long been known for her lengthy locks, she did keep her ombré hair color and sweeping bangs.

Wilde was spotted at a University of Kansas basketball game with Saturday Night Live‘s Sudeikis in December, and cozied up to him again earlier this week in New York City. Perhaps the actress — who officially divorced her husband of eight years in October — is ready for a fresh start in more ways than one?

Wilde (along with Emma Stone) recently made her debut as a new face of Revlon cosmetics, so we’ll expect to see her new do play a role in future ads. Tell us: What do you think of Wilde’s haircut?

Honestly, you can completely tell she got at least 3 maybe 4 inches taken off. I think it looks young and fresh. I also completely LOVE her hair color.

The headline doesn’t say “short” do, it simply says “shortER.” And as someone with long hair myself, trust me, parting with 4 inches after having such long hair, IS a lot. It doesn’t seem like much to anyone else (and when I got a similar amount cut off mine recently, nobody really noticed one way or another), but it seemed like a foot to me. It’s all relative.

Oh for goodness sake, maybe she was in a hurry and didn’t have time to have it styled. I have done this many times. Maybe on the way to work out etc and she probably had it cut for a movie role.

PLEEZE!Such a pretty talented actress-what did she do to her hair or should I say what did she let her beautician do? That new do does nothing for her. Its o.k. to try to looks but her beautician has eyes behind their head…and I’m sure she paid a pretty penny for such a flat blah look. Grow your hair again Olivia-it was much more attractive on your head.

My goodness Olivia…who did you let shear your
hair? Forget the color it does nothing for you..and the cut-well I guess your beautician is breaking into the business. Truly, I think you should change hair stylists because the one who did your head really has no talent at all. May be they think they do and they talked you into something different-unfortunately, this style and color does absolutely nothing for you. Your hair was long and beautiful before why bother cutting it?

Without a doubt, she has the best eyebrows in Hollywood. The hair is OK, too.

What’s the matter, didn’t she have time to put in her extensions before she had to run down to the laundromat?

Brandy on

Seriously?
