Birchbox is a subscription-based service — $10 per month — that sends a box of four to five lotions and potions from brands like NARS, Stila and Benefit to beauty buffs once per month. Each delivery is tailored to each customer’s personal beauty profile (which she fills out online), and recipients can buy the full-size versions of any products they love directly from the Birchbox Shop. Last month, the company launched Birchbox: Man, too, a limited-edition box for guys filled with go-to grooming products and awesome accessories.
