Win Katy Perry’s ‘California Dreams’ Dress — and More!

Katy Perry eBay.com/CelebrityFlynet

She’s a California Gurl with a heart-shaped dress — and a pretty big heart, too. Katy Perry is one of many stars joining forces with eBay for eBay.com/celebrity, a new portal where memorabilia-seekers can bid on amazing experiences and items, all to support a variety of worthy causes.

Perry, one of the first to pop up on eBay.com/celebrity, is auctioning a dress worn on her California Dreams tour: a red-and-pink Swarovski-studded cotton candy pouf, which she’ll give to the winner during a backstage meet-and-greet before her Nov. 21 concert in Oakland. (At press time, bidding was up to $8,100.) VIP tickets are included, too, and proceeds benefit the American Red Cross.

Additional items available now include works of art by Jeff Bridges (up to $2,250); a meeting with Brad Pitt (currently at $10,000); and Sienna Miller‘s snakeskin boots (more affordable at $256). Proceeds from each item will benefit a myriad of charities, including Pitt’s Make It Right and Share Our Strength — No Kid Hungry, an organization selected by Bridges. Christina Aguilera and Robert Duvall are next up, with offerings coming soon.

Dakota Fanning: I’m Learning to Wash Clothes

Dakota Fanning, Elle FanningMario Sorrenti for W

“Before Somewhere, they asked me if I was Dakota Fanning, because we looked alike,” Elle Fanning recalls in the December issue of W. “I’d say, ‘No, I’m her younger sister.’ And they’d say, ‘Oh, okay.’ But now I think they are starting to realize I’m my own person.”

It’s true: Elle has had quite the year, with a breakout role in Super 8 and a fashion star that’s on the rise. She even met Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld during Paris Haute Couture Week in July on her first-ever trip to the City of Light. “When I found out that I was invited to the Chanel show — that was the loudest I’ve ever screamed in my life,” she says. “That was the best day of my life.”

Lake Bell’s Holiday Uniform: Sweatpants and a T-shirt

Lake Bell Holiday StyleJon Kopaloff/FilmMagic

Far from Brooklyn and the fashion industry amateurs Lake Bell hangs out with on How to Make It in America, the actress kicked off the holiday season at Manhattan’s Henri Bendel on Thursday, starting her shopping after the store’s famous holiday window unveiling.

And though she was dressed up for the big event — “I’m very festive, I kind of go with the store, don’t I?” she asked — Bell said when it comes to holidays at home, she prefers to dress down. “I like that the holidays are a moment to take a break from all the style talk and just hang around with your parents,” she told PEOPLE. “I think my holiday style actually is in truth wearing sweatpants and a T-shirt.”

However, relaxing her dress code doesn’t mean taking a break from beauty routines, too. “I think that the main thing about the holidays is the hydration situation. It gets dry, and I already have dry skin,” she explained. “I think the best beauty tip is just drink a lot of water and spritz yourself with some sort of herbal essential.”

Nikki Reed’s ‘Breaking Dawn’ Wedding Scene Secret

Nikki Reed Breaking DawnCourtesy SELF

She may be busy settling into married life and promoting the next Twilight film, Breaking Dawn Part I, but Nikki Reed has her mind on some fashionable future plans, too.

“At some point I’d like to have a jewelry line,” she reveals in the December issue of SELF. “I have a very sort of eclectic style, so I guess I’ve picked up things from all over the world, but the last place that I lived was Greece so I became very into the evil eye. I’m influenced by Greek culture for sure.”

Though Reed’s personal style is eclectic, her Twilight character, Rosalie Hale, steers toward the modern side. “The Cullen family … they don’t want to stand out as much as they already do with their crazy eyes and pale skin,” she explains. “So I think that was a common theme when shooting, like, ‘How can we make them blend in the most?’ So we wore the hippest, most modern clothes.”

True, she has makeup artists at her beck and call, but when she’s at home, Courteney Cox takes care of her own skincare and makeup, thank you very much. And in her latest blog for xojane.com, the Cougar Town star dishes on her “eye care solutions,” the tools she uses to keep her peepers pretty.

Cox “loves” her new Shiseido eyelash curler (bottom left), “less rounded so it’s easier to curl all your lashes evenly,” she explains. Next comes her Paul Scerri eye cream, which she explains is “really rich, but absorbs easily. Also great to use on a plane.”
