Surf’s Up! See Kendall Jenner’s Ethereal New Swimsuit Photos

She gave us a sneak peek at her shoot for Aussie swimwear brand White Sands in August, and now, Kim Kardashian‘s little sis Kendall Jenner is making waves with the official photos from the campaign.

In the images, shot in Los Angeles in July, Jenner channels a whimsical water nymph as she shows off the spring/summer 2012 collection of floral bikinis, deep cut maillots and caftans.

“The collection has both an ethereal and strong side and we wanted a model that could capture both,” designer Leah Madden tells PEOPLE. “As we were casting for the campaign we came across Kendall’s portfolio and loved her softness and strength. She actually made it to the top of our list before we knew her background!”

Rachel Bilson’s New Fashion Collaboration: It’s a Shoe-In

Want to walk a mile in Rachel Bilson‘s shoes? Soon you’ll be able to: the Hart of Dixie star and her longtime stylist, Nicole Chavez, have partnered with Steve Madden and BeachMint.com to launch ShoeMint, a customized shoe-shopping site.

The newest affordable luxury brand in the growing BeachMint family — which includes Kate Bosworth‘s JewelMint, the Olsens‘ StyleMint and Jessica Simpson‘s upcoming BeautyMint — ShoeMint will bow with a winter/holiday 2011 collection featuring Bilson’s signature style and Chavez’s fashion expertise, while embodying Madden’s craftsmanship and design. And just as with the other BeachMint brands, ShoeMint shoppers will receive personalized selections each month matched to their personal style profiles.

“As a designer, I’m always exploring new mediums and footwear is a category I’ve always been very passionate about, especially since I’m only a size 5,” Bilson said in a statement. “More and more, people are shopping for shoes online and with BeachMint, I have the opportunity to design not just the shoes, but the full experience for our customers, which feels more personal and rewarding for me.”

Me-wow! Katy Perry Planning a Second Fragrance

One year after her very first scent, Purr, hit shelves, Katy Perry is planning a second fragrance for November. The silly, sexy singer will launch this perfume — a companion piece to Purr — at Nordstrom stores and on nordstrom.com in November.

Purr, which was a top-seller around the globe for months, was intended to make the celebrity scent market “competitive,” Perry told WWD last year. “I saw a lot of my peers getting into this world, and, as with my music, I thought I could bring my touch to the category.” The fragrance — a combination of peach nectar, freesia, Bulgarian rose, apple and green bamboo — “was completely unlike anything I’d smelled before,” she said.

While Perry spoke openly about Purr and its cat-shaped bottle before it debuted last year, this time, she playing coy: starting next week, via Twitter, the singer will invite fans to guess the scent’s name. Winners will be selected randomly, and will receive prizes like perfume and the chance to meet Perry at a launch event in December. Tell us: What do you think Perry named her new scent?

Ke$ha’s Casio Watches Feature ‘Tons of K Monay Swagger’

Ke$ha made it big with her first single “Tik Tok” two years ago. Now the pop star is returning to her original source of inspiration — and putting her outrageous fashion sense to use — by designing a watch collection for Baby-G by Casio.

“Even though it’s a tiny surface area, I think I’ve done a good job packing in tons of signature K Monay swagger,” the singer tells PEOPLE of the two watches she designed for the brand.

The first timepiece was inspired by the American flag’s aesthetic, says Ke$ha. “I chose that theme because for me, the flag represents freedom of speech, a right I exercise every day.” The second watch features a leopard-print design. “[It's] a theme I have in my look often,” she says. “It reminds me we are all animals inside, and I wanted this watch to do the same.”

The singer recommends layering the looks and wearing them on different body parts. “I love them both,” she says. “It’s like picking your favorite child — I can’t pick just one!”

Which McQueen Should Kate Wear Next?

She rocked Hollywood in a lavender McQueen gown and of course famously married in a dress by the British design house. So when will we see the Duchess of Cambridge in a look by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen again?

Judging by Tuesday’s runway show at Paris Fashion Week, it could be a while. The brand’s spring/summer 2012 collection was gorgeous — the catwalk was studded with organza gowns and lace dresses that were downright dreamy. According to Style.com (where you can see every look), Burton was inspired by “the three Gs: Grès for the pleating and draping, Gaudí for the architecture and Gaia for the sense of all-encompassing oceanic life that infused the clothes.” (Funnily enough, Chanel’s Tuesday show carried an aquatic theme, too.)
