We’re still dying to see Bella Swan’s Breaking Dawn wedding gown, but in the meantime, we have Alice Cullen’s bridesmaid dress to quell our curiosity.

The flapper-esque frock (far left), with a silvery striped pattern and fringed skirt, “was a collaboration,” actress Ashley Greene, who plays Alice Cullen, explained in August. “We wanted to have all the bridesmaids fit together and also have their own identity. So, we took a little bit of Alice’s past and put it into her dress.” (In the photo above, Cullen is joined at the nuptials by beau Jasper Hale and parents Carlisle and Esme Cullen.)

And just like finally finding the perfect wig for her character, Greene said the final choice for the dress was also a perfect fit — well, almost. “I didn’t love the corset,” she admitted. “There were corsets in them and we took them out by the end of the movie. We were just like, ‘We don’t care!’ There’s dancing and stuff like that so that was the only part that I didn’t like because that was uncomfortable, but once the corset came out I loved it.” Tell us: What do you think of the bridesmaid dress?

Love it and love Ashley!

Beautiful. The color and cut of it are amazing. I like how the style department of the movie brought the back story of her character into the dress.

Melissa on

Olivia Heath on

Its the prettiest dress ever it goes perfect with her new hair cut in the movie

Do you really need to ask that question? She is so beautiful and sparkling in the movie that no one will even notice what she is wearing. If they do, they, like me, will think her dress is as lovely as her character. :))

hollywood’s golden column is the most powerful column in the history of motion picture and television on line. do you find yourself changing every chanel? that is because you are hoping to find something good. the major tv networks are giving you one hundred fifty stations of reruns that you have seen before. the quality of television has gone downhill. every program is like one big reality show. shot very low budget. the days of great tv writers are over with. they are handing you a bill of goods. and they are shoving it down your throat and making you watch it. the two major network stations should be ashamed of themselves. only abc is putting quality product and speding money to do it. the other two networks are shooting like a low budget reality show cheap and fast. president of hollywoods golden column.

I think its absolutely gorgeous. Alice is one of my favorite characters and I think one of the prettiest people in the movie. All the Cullen women are.

Gotta say I don’t agree with this wig being the perfect one. I personally liked the first movie wig the best and there hasn’t been a better one since. The one in this movie doesn’t look much better. Still a fan though! Just disagree on the wig. lol
