Surf’s Up! See Kendall Jenner’s Ethereal New Swimsuit Photos

She gave us a sneak peek at her shoot for Aussie swimwear brand White Sands in August, and now, Kim Kardashian‘s little sis Kendall Jenner is making waves with the official photos from the campaign.

In the images, shot in Los Angeles in July, Jenner channels a whimsical water nymph as she shows off the spring/summer 2012 collection of floral bikinis, deep cut maillots and caftans.

“The collection has both an ethereal and strong side and we wanted a model that could capture both,” designer Leah Madden tells PEOPLE. “As we were casting for the campaign we came across Kendall’s portfolio and loved her softness and strength. She actually made it to the top of our list before we knew her background!”

The 15-year-old continues to prove that she’s a pro when it comes to posing both in front of the camera and on the catwalk — she even made her runway debut at New York Fashion Week last month. “Kendall was a delight on set and a natural in front of the camera,” Madden adds of the model, who favored the floral prints and high-waisted bikinis — and even picked out some swimsuits to take home to her sisters.

Poor thing looks very uncomfortable. I’ve always felt Kendall chose modeling because she ‘thought’ she should and not because she ‘wanted’ to do it.

I am glad to see that she is not baring all, as some of her siblings have.

Except for Bruce Jenner, the entire clan is famous for being famous- ala Paris Hilton’s brand of fame. I think Kris is a train wreck as mother and she makes her decisions based on her ‘managerial’ prowess; rarely on the instinct of a mother, which she clearly does not seem to possess.

Kris can only blame ‘editing’ so much. The point is that she DOES and SAYS the things you see and hear her do on TV.

Why do these designers insist on using these little 15 year olds??? There are plenty of beautiful older women…oh…say…21??? (LOL) I think she’s a little too young for the one on the left. JMHO

why is everyone making a big deal out of these gorgeous shots. 15 is normal in the modeling world. the two-piece is gorgeous on her and not too skimpy. the black suit is definitely a little bit older, but she is a model and it’s not like she’s in Playboy.

As a mom, I would never let my daughter pose in suits like this at age 15. That being said … she looks so unhappy! I get the demure look but she just looks very, very uncomfortable.

Kris Jenner sure knows how to make good looking kids. I love Robert Kardashian on DWTS. Kendall is very pretty and I love the ladylike bathing suits she’s modeling.

The swimsuit on the left is completely inappropriate. What kind of parent allows her fifteen year old to wear that, let alone model it for the world to see?

Honestly, she just looks very uncomfortable and expression less. Her family is famous for being famous, no matter what you say. They have not done anything or have shown any real talent. I am not trying to be mean, but that’s the truth. Also, I have an inkling her breasts aren’t real. She doesn’t seem to have developed hips or a waist yet, so why would she have breasts? Considering her mom is quite curvy, and Bruce isn’t that slender, I doubt she has really hit puberty yet. She isn’t even that pretty.

And no, I’m not ‘jealous’ or ‘fat’, just honest. :-)

I like Kendall. She looks a little too thin to me BUT that is how it goes with runway models, plus she is very tall (and young!). At least her dad owns the family brain and seems to watch over her. I wish her well. :)
