Jennifer Lopez Previews Her Kohl’s Collection
This fall, you’ll find Jennifer Lopez “On the Floor” — the sales floor, that is. The American Idol judge is preparing for the upcoming launch of her Kohl’s line, Jennifer Lopez Collection, and sharing a sneak peek in the behind-the-scenes clip above.
“I’m really a fan of glamour and old Hollywood and movie stars so I wanted to bring all of those elements of my style into this first collection for Kohl’s,” Lopez says of the line, which includes contemporary sportswear, dresses, handbags, jewelry, shoes and sleepwear. In addition to clothing, she will also be launching the Jennifer Lopez Home Collection, featuring bedding, towels and luggage. As for how she fell into the world of style, she says it all stems from her past.
“I think my personal style has evolved from where I started from, being born in the Bronx and growing up with that kind of urban background,” says the singer, who recently styled some everyday women for O Magazine.
