Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen Create a Change Purse for Charity
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are helping the world get fashionably charitable. The designing duo created a limited-edition change purse for their JCPenny Olsenboye collection to benefit Pennies from Heaven, a campaign that gives to after-school programs.
“Every child should have the opportunity to be part of a positive and nurturing environment after school,” Ashley said in a statement. “Through the purchase of an Olsenboye change purse, customers can help support after-school programs and impact a child’s life,” Mary-Kate added.
The purse, which features a peace sign, can be purchased exclusively at JCPenny for $9.99, with all proceeds going toward the campaign.
