Her Horrible Bosses character may prefer lingerie to work clothes, but when Jennifer Aniston is on the clock, she’s all about savvy style. While promoting the new film in London on Wednesday, Aniston stepped out in two chic, yet distinctively different, dresses. During a morning photocall, the actress wore a curve-hugging leather dress, pairing the look with minimal jewelry and strappy sandals. Later, at the film’s European premiere, Aniston — joined by costars Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis — sweetened things up a bit in a Valentino Haute Couture frock with glimmering details. Matt Damon and Jake Gyllenhaal are proving that bald is indeed beautiful. The actors have both been spotted sporting shaved heads recently, and we can’t say we mind! Damon showed off his new look while heading to the post office in downtown Vancouver on Wednesday. Is the actor trying to go incognito? PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive recently said that unlike his pal Brad Pitt, he doesn’t cause an international incident when he leaves his house — but this haircut could easily create a stir. The day before, Gyllenhaal was photographed on location in Los Angeles where he’s shooting End of Watch; the actor shaved his head to play the role of an LAPD officer opposite Michael Peña. Gyllenhaal, who previously rocked a hairless head for the film Jarhead, confidently pulls off the no-locks look. But, who wears — or doesn’t wear — his bald head best? With the intense heat and sizzling sunshine, we can’t even fathom summer’s end just yet. There are still trips to take, frozen treats to eat and shoes to buy! But with Labor Day creeping up ever so quickly, thoughts begin to turn toward cooler weather and fall fashion. When stocking up on styles for your post-summer wardrobe, do you consider white? Though it was once considered taboo to go so light anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day (or in some cases, perhaps Easter), stars and civilians alike have defied the trend in recent years. Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Blake Lively all stepped out in white in April, and not one fashionista blinked an eye. So why not rock white pants at a fall fête, don a snowy dress to a winter bash or warm up in a stark white sweater? Though it may still feel like breaking the rules, weren’t rules meant to be broken? Is Selena Gomez following in the footsteps of boyfriend Justin Bieber? When it comes to making scents, the answer is yes! The actress has announced that just like her superstar beau, whose perfume line was a dream come true for Beliebers, she too will be helping the world smell sweeter with her own signature scent. “I’ve been working on my fragrance for almost a year now,” she told E! Online. “I’m excited, [because] it’s something I’m interested in … I’m already doing the whole process of smelling things and designing it and the campaign and everything, so it’ll be fun.” Gomez’s debut fragrance, the first from extreme sports and adventure-themed lifestyle brand Adrenalina, is expected to hit stores in the spring of 2012. A rep for Adrenalina says, “We are incredibly enthused to be working with Ms. Gomez and will reveal more details pertaining to the fragrance as we get closer to the launch date.” Tell us: Will you buy Gomez’s perfume? –Kim Peiffer

It’s been quite the colorful year for Lauren Conrad — hair-wise, that is. After dying her signature California blonde locks brunette in January, she went for a change in May, letting fans decide on her next hair hue. Soon after, she was back to blonde, but following her breakup from boyfriend Kyle Howard, she chose to mix things up again, dying the tips of her hair in a rainbow of colors like blue, purple, pink and green (another choice made via a fan poll). A few days later, she bid adieu to the look — but Tuesday night, at a party in Hollywood celebrating the launch of the HTC Status Social, the former reality starlet debuted yet another style: subtle blue highlights on the ends of her hair. “Attempting a more wearable version of colored tips for the evening … Compliments of @Kristin_Ess,” she Tweeted Tuesday night, crediting her stylist pal with the cool look. Audrina Patridge caused jaws everywhere to drop when she unveiled her sexy, larger-than-life billboard on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, but the Audrina star and sultry face of Bongo says her ads for fall continue to raise the heat index. “This new campaign was a little more edgy and flirty, every season there is definitely something that sets it apart from other brands,” she tells PEOPLE. “The lighting was a bit darker than usual — it was more flirty and moody this time around.” The on-set emotions are reflected in the line’s fall collection, which features sleek outfits the reality star can’t wait to get her hands on. “I’m loving the animal prints and of course the denim jeans along with the embellished details,” she says. “I always buy a great new pair of boots and Bongo has amazing jeans for fall that I love. Can’t wait to start shopping!” The new campaign, debuting in August, will also feature Patridge in her first-ever television commercial for the brand.
