Brooklyn Decker’s Beauty Must-Have? Waterproof Mascara

Brooklyn Decker Beauty Must-Haves

No, she’s not a big crier, but when she’s on set, Brooklyn Decker really loves a good waterproof mascara. “In movies, you’re able to request the stuff you want, so I always request the waterproof mascara,” she says, counting Lancôme, L’Oréal Paris and CoverGirl among her favorite brands. “[If] you have to cry in a scene … you can have it at your fingertips.” Speaking to reporters in New York this week at the launch party for Sephora’s new same-day beauty delivery service, the model-actress said that even off-set, she’s a big mascara user. “I love mascara because I have blonde eyelashes, so I look like I have none without [it],” she explained. “I do my own hair and makeup a lot.” Her shorter do, which came courtesy of Ted Gibson, is decidedly less high-maintenance than her former, longer locks. “It’s really easy to just kind of wet, put the styling stuff in, do some twists and go,” she said, but admitted, “It’s harder to make it dressed up.” Still, it’s nothing a cute little black dress and spritz of perfume won’t help. Her favorite summer scent? “It’s old: Marc Jacobs ‘Rain,’” she said. “It sold out two years ago and I scoured the Internet and finally found a bottle of it, so I’m savoring every last drop.” –Reporting by Jazmyn Tuberville

Angie Harmon’s Shopping Style: ‘I Love the Hunt’

Angie Harmon Shopping StyleChris Craymer

Angie Harmon uses a stylist for red carpet events, but for day-to-day dressing, she’s the one choosing outfits, accessorizing and finding those perfect pieces. “I love the hunt,” she tells PEOPLE during a visit to West Hollywood vintage boutique Polkadots & Moonbeams. “Going through and then having that find, and pulling out something amazing.” And with a closet the size of a master bedroom, the lucky Rizzoli and Isles star has a lot of space to stash her purchases! Defining her style as “all over the map,” the actress admits to loving classic looks — “very Jackie O,” she elaborates — and getting comfy for casual occasions. But as a child of the ’70s, she loves “disco and fun,” too. “Something with a little sparkle,” she says. It’s a fun contrast to her tomboy of a character, Jane Rizzoli, who doesn’t wear makeup or think much about clothes. But off set, Harmon is all about trips to Barneys, where she picks up Louboutins and looks by Lanvin, Michael Kors and Alexander McQueen. However, with Internet shopping so easy these days, she admits she makes purchases on her iPad from the comfort of her own home “a lot.” But maybe that’s a good thing: Harmon says that with her love of all things stylish, she hopes to do a home line and clothing line someday. She jokes, “[I'll] put my knowledge to use!” –Reporting by Jennifer Garcia

All the Details of Taylor Swift’s Emotion-Driven New Fragrance, Wonderstruck

Taylor Swift is no stranger to finding a creative outlet for her emotions, so it’s no surprise she’s channeling some of those feelings into her own perfume. After announcing last fall she would debut her first signature fragrance in collaboration with Elizabeth Arden, now the details of her new scent, Wonderstruck, have finally been released. “Wearing perfume is such a unique way to create memories. Like songs, a scent can take you back and allow you to relive a moment in time,” Swift said in a release. And everything from the perfume’s name to the specific ingredients of the scent were drawn from the singer’s personal life experiences. “I wrote the lyric, ‘I’m wonderstruck, blushing all the way home,’ for the song ‘Enchanted’ about the first time you meet someone,” she said. “A fragrance can help shape someone’s first impression and memory of you. It’s exciting to think that Wonderstruck will play a role in creating some of those memories.” Swift will help shape those memories with a gourmand floral scent, boasting notes of vibrant fruits including raspberry and apple blossom, plus notes of golden amber and sandalwood. Tell us: Are you excited to try Swift’s new fragrance? –Kim Peiffer

Even California beach babes get the jitters about being photographed in a bikini, it seems! After hitting the Diesel runway in a cobalt blue glass bikini Thursday to celebrate opening night of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Swim at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach, Kristin Cavallari told PEOPLE she was nervous about modeling in a bikini and spent weeks at the gym to prepare. “This is the first time I have ever walked a runway in a bathing suit,” Cavallari said. “The glass sort of cut into my skin, and I was really nervous.” The former Hills star knocked them dead when she walked down the runway in a beautiful cobalt blue, one shoulder bikini made with glass, designed by Diesel and inspired by SKYY Vodka’s iconic blue glass bottle. At least she’s now perfectly toned for her upcoming nuptials to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. “I am so happy and currently planning my wedding,” shared Cavallari. –Linda Marx

Britney Spears Introduces a New Fragrance, Cosmic Radiance

Britney Spears Perfume Cosmic RadianceCourtesy Elizabeth Arden

Smell like Britney — again! Femme Fatale Britney Spears is bringing some luster to her namesake fragrance franchise this August with the debut of her newest scent, Cosmic Radiance. Inspired by her current Femme Fatale album and tour, the sensual floral fragrance is a tribute to bold, confident, fun and flirty women. “I believe that all women can create their own world where they shine the brightest,” Spears said in a release. “It’s all about having the power and confidence to be yourself. When I wear my new scent, Cosmic Radiance, I feel beautiful, empowered and sexy.” Like the black-and-white jewels on the new bottle, the fragrance will be more contrasted and complex than the original, last year’s Radiance. It’s infused with a splash of citrus along with notes of amber, sandalwood and liquid vanilla. The eau de parfum spray starts at $39.50 per bottle, and will be available across the globe at select retailers and at Kohl’s stores nationwide. –Caroline Slutsky
