It’s a 4-Way (Ankle) Tie: Who Looks Best in Isabel Marant Pumps?

Shoe Style: LeAnn Rimes vs Gisele BundchenCredit: Flynet; FilmMagic; WireImage; Getty

This season, four very different fashionistas have been stepping out in raffia and leather “Gava” pumps by Isabel Marant. While it’s not unusual for stars to go head to head in similar styles, these funky kicks have managed to bridge the gap between supermodel and executive, ingénue and country star. On April 6, Transformers beauty Rosie Huntington-Whitely sported the $825 pair with similarly-hued separates and a complementary hat. The following month, Gisele Bündchen added panache to a work-ready ensemble with the pumps’ thick ankle cuffs. For the CFDA awards, J.Crew creative director Jenna Lyons juxtaposed electric green sequins with the must-have shoe. Then, two days later, LeAnn Rimes dressed down the versatile heels with a layered tunic dress. We think the “Gava” adds an unexpected element to all four looks, but want to hear from you! Tell us: Who looks best in Isabel Marant ankle-tie pumps? –Justine Harman

Brooklyn Decker on Her ‘Boy Meets Girl’ Style

She was quite girly in a barely-there bikini on the cover of Sports Illustrated last year, but in real life, Brooklyn Decker calls her style “boy meets girl.” Since she’s around sporty guys (ahem, Andy Roddick) all day, Decker tells PEOPLE she’s “very boyish” when she’s by herself. “But when I go to events I have to turn into a female,” she jokes. “I wear tons of blazers, I like sundresses, sneakers.” Speaking at a New York City rooftop celebration for her stylist, Annie Ladino (left), and the designer sale website shopittome.com, Decker — in a sequined T-shirt dress by Haute Hippie, vintage belt and red Christian Louboutin Mary Janes — said she relies on her fashionable pal to keep her on the stylish straight and narrow. “We started working together back when I was modeling full time; she’d styled a bunch of my shoots,” Decker said of Ladino. “We just connected, and we kept in touch as friends.” When the blonde beauty was announced as the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover model — and later landed a role in Just Go with It — she called on Ladino to help her get red carpet-ready. “It’s a totally girly, fun relationship,” Decker said. “I’m a really frumpy dresser, and she’s a really sexy dresser, so we balance each other out.” Ladino, once featured in Gwyneth Paltrow‘s GOOP and now a sale curator for shopittome.com, says she loves bouncing ideas off of her comely client. “I’ll email her late at night sometimes, like, ‘What do you think of these shoes?’” she shares. “We have a great time together.” –Kate Hogan

Blake Lively is Back to Blonde!

Just in time for summer, Blake Lively is once again a golden girl. The Green Lantern star, who dyed her hair red for her role in Hick, recently returned to a blonder, slightly strawberry hue. When she went red, Lively told PEOPLE she “loved” the look. “I feel like Ariel [the Little Mermaid],” she said. The color change allowed her to get into character, too. “It helps when you’re playing a role, when I don’t feel like myself,” she explained. “And I don’t really feel like myself with red hair.” Lively, who’s been globetrotting with rumored new beau Leonardo DiCaprio, debuted the fresh blonde tresses at a Green Lantern press conference in L.A. last week, then took the look public in New York City last night at the Ghetto Film School spring benefit at the Standard Hotel. We love the starlet as a blonde or a redhead, but what do you think? Tell us: Do you prefer Lively with blonde or red hair?

Eva Longoria Admits: ‘I Wear Braces’

It’s true: Desperate Housewives’ gorgeous star Eva Longoria has a fashion flaw. Well, temporarily. “I wear braces,” she confesses in the July issue of InStyle. Pulling out a photo from her upcoming film Cristiada, she says, “Look how crooked my bottom teeth were, and I never even knew.” Despite her imperfect teeth, Longoria always manages to turn heads when out with famous friends like Jessica Alba and Victoria Beckham. But she wasn’t always called a stunner; in fact, she was once considered the homely one in her family because her three older sisters were blonde. “I wasn’t allowed to wear makeup when I was young,” she adds. “I would melt crayons and try to put them on my lips, and I would use watercolor for eye shadow.” Now a pro at glamming up — “I can even put them on in the car,” she boasts of her false-lash application skills — she enjoys using bronzing powder and a few key basics. “Mascara is very important. If I were on a desert island, I would have to have mascara and lip balm,” she shares. Also important to the petite star? “High heels,” she states. “I love designer shoes. There’s this pair in my closet by Versace, and they must be 8 inches — crazy tall!” She even keeps some for decoration. “They’re not to wear; they’re just to look really pretty in the closet,” she says. “They are art!” For more with Longoria, pick up the latest issue of InStyle, on newsstands Friday.
