Weekend Winner: Selena Gomez at the MuchMusic Video Awards

At Sunday night’s MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, Selena Gomez was the host with the most … outfit changes! The starlet — who recently overcame a bout of malnourishment and exhaustion — glowed as she hit the red carpet and later took the stage, introducing a roster of famous guests and changing outfits five times. Gomez arrived at the event in a tiny taupe Burberry Prorsum dress with a cutout back, paired with sky-high purple platform pumps. Later, she slipped into a curve-hugging, off-white one-shouldered dress, her hair in tousled waves. Adding a bit of sparkle, Gomez next wore a glimmering white Dolce & Gabbana dress; perhaps not-so-coincidentally, her boyfriend Justin Bieber was dressed in D&G (and a sweet Saved by the Bell T-shirt), too. While rubbing shoulders with presenters like Drake and Colin Farrell, she flashed her gams in the sexy lace-trimmed “Monsieur” jumpsuit by DSQUARED2. And to perform her latest hit, “Who Says,” the singer-actress tied up her tresses and donned a sheer, flowing red and black gown with sparkly cap sleeves. Tell us: Which of Gomez’s looks was your favorite?

Lady Gaga’s Stylish Summer Wardrobe: Vintage Versace!

Lady Gaga may be known for her unpredictable style, but the singing star claims that for the time being, she’s a one-label lady. While in Germany for the finale of Germany’s Next Top Model, the Fame Monster told BANG Showbiz, “I’m wearing only Versace for like the next two months,” adding, “I’m having a love affair with Donatella [Versace].” Sporting her seafoam green wig du jour, she continued, “Right now what I’m wearing is an archive Gianni Versace. This was never seen before. It is a dress that was made before he died.” Continuing her style streak two days later, the singer arrived to perform at EuroPride Rome in a very ’90s vintage Versace blouse and pants combo (right). Two days later, while appearing on the French TV show Taratatà, she opted for mixed prints, also by the designer (left). Then Sunday, Gaga turned up at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto (below) wearing four different Versace looks — and even clothed her dancers in the brand’s T-shirts, as well. The pièce de résistance, however, is the barely-there leather corset and shorts ensemble she wears in her smokin’ new “Edge of Glory” music video. “I am greatly honored that Lady Gaga chose to wear a Versace Vintage look,” Donatella Versace said in a statement. “I believe that my brother Gianni would have appreciated her talent. This video represents a wonderful tribute to anyone who is unafraid to take chances.” Tell us: What do you think of Gaga’s style streak? –Justine Harman

Prabal Gurung Taps Rapper Rye Rye to Present His Resort Collection

Who needs a runway show? Hot designer Prabal Gurung debuted pieces from his first-ever resort collection recently in a colorful music video featuring rapper Rye Rye. “Ever since I was young I found music videos to be such a great source of inspiration,” Gurung tells StyleList.com. “Being that it was our first time implementing resort we wanted to celebrate this season and showcase the collection in a way that highlighted its bright and graphic elements while collaborating with new, exciting talent.” All aspects of the video — from the floral motifs to the LED lights — are inspired by looks from the collection. And some of the clothes themselves take center stage. “When Rye Rye came in for her first fitting we knew exactly the looks that would complement her and bring the collection to life,” Gurung says of his muse. “The hardest part was editing down the options.” Adds the rapper, “[The dress I wore] was just so fantabulous and I never really wear things like that, so it made me feel so on top of the world — sexy but cool because I was still dancing in the heels!” To toast his summery collection, Gurung also collaborated with Sally Hansen to create four exclusive nail colors, including the soothing Pacific Blue and extra-bright Sun Kissed, to complement the clothes. Chanel Unveils Lily Allen’s Whimsical Wedding Reception Gown

Lily Allen Chanel Wedding Reception Dress

Lily Allen looked lovely in her Delphine Manivet dress as she married Sam Cooper in England on Saturday. But if the singer chose a gown by the French designer, then why did she visit Chanel’s Paris studios in March, telling the front desk she was there to “see Karl for my wedding dress?” Answer: Chanel — led by longtime pal Karl Lagerfeld — designed her wedding reception dress. Lagerfield’s dress sketch — along with a photo of Allen’s fitting — was revealed on the Chanel News website Thursday. The sheer, empire-waist gown, which had bell sleeves and a flowing skirt, looked perfect for her post-wedding ‘English cricket and afternoon tea’ themed party. We only hope that Lagerfeld creates equally gorgeous looks for the couple’s future baby! Tell us: Was Chanel a good choice for Allen’s wedding reception dress? Caroline Slutsky
