Johnny Weir Glides Into a Glittery Collaboration with M.A.C

Johnny Weir is skating his way into the cosmetics department! The Olympic figure skater will be featured in a new campaign for M.A.C Cosmetics’ 2011 holiday collection, appropriately named “Glitter and Ice.” According to the New York Post, the former Skating with the Stars judge — who reportedly wears M.A.C. on the ice — shot the campaign earlier this month in Miami. M.A.C has previously employed stars like Elton John and RuPaul as brand ambassadors, as well as Lady Gaga, Fergie, Nicki Minaj and Cyndi Lauper. But this isn’t Weir’s first foray into the fashion and beauty world: in the spring, he announced the launch of his little black dress line for edressme.come and also helped co-design costumes on his reality show, Be Good Johnny Weir.
