I actually like her red hair.. maybe she’ll go back blonde and lighter for summer time!

She does look good with red hair. Not many people don’t…it’s such a pretty hair color. Of course, Katy Perry looks good with blue hair…so I don’t think she could ever go wrong. She’s a knockout.

I like her hair color it looks good on her it goes well with skin it’s a good summer color.

She’s going to back to blonde. Takes awhile for you to process dark hair to blonde, so that is why she has to wait.

It looks really cute on her, but I bet she’s going to go blonde. Which would be equally cute. She has the right skin tone for almost every hair color.

Don’t like the red on her at all!!!

I like it. Mind you i just went red a couple of weeks ago. My hair stylist told me that red is really in this summer. Which i believe because she also dyed her hair red and she has never been red before.

I prefer the black hair on her, it looked natural (despite not being natural). Please Katy do not go blonde, there are so many blondes in hollywood and you are unique.

Well, um , duh? I dyed my hair black for years and wanted a change. Black is the hardest color to change. You either have to bleach your hair white (and that’s not very healthy for your hair), OR, in my case, use a salon brand’s “back track” a few times to strip some of the black out and grow the rest out. I miss my black now, but I won’t go back. :)

She must be dying her hair a lighter color… I’m thinking maybe PINK! Blonde is an option, but I just feel like she was going for something a little more different or “out there”.

Yuk – I didn’t even recognize her! I like red hair, but she’s so gorgeous with her black hair. To me, this just doesn’t suit her or her personality at all.

If you hadn’t included her name in the article, I would never have guessed that it was her!

I think that shade of red is a pretty decent dye job-but would be better if the eyebrows didn’t match…doesn’t look natural at all.

She’s going back blonde-the color she is now isn’t exactly a color-it’s the tone that happens when you lift black haircolor. They probably glazed it w/ a red tone to look more natural than the horrible orange it actually was. It takes WEEKS to do this and still have hair. Good luck to her colorist-I am a colorist and this is one of our toughest challenges.

I think the color looks nice on her (from what we can see in the pic) Maybe she wants to go back to her natural blonde color or a light brown but it was hard after having jet black hair for years. It must be nice to be a natural blonde just because of how easily you can die your hair another color. But it must be a pain to go back to your natural color :)

Sorry, but most of the redheads I know think ‘ginger’ is a derogatery term. Please refrain from using it, it hurts their feelings…

She is most likely shooting for Blonde. It will take a few times of bleaching “if she still wants her hair attached to her head” to get out all the dark hair color pigment the first time. This is a color transition on long dark hair NOT a mistake. This is why a colorist should never over promise a major color change can be achieved 100% in one appointment when dealing with longer hair. If she was sporting a pixie…different story…can be done in one day most of the time.
