She was going to be the belle of the ball at her wedding to Hugh Hefner Saturday night, but instead, Crystal Harris is leaving behind what would’ve been a lavish ceremony — as well as her dress and shoes. The 25-year-old was set to walk down the aisle in a dreamy pink Romona Keveza gown, accessorized with Aruna Seth’s “Aliah” ivory satin ballerina flats ($645). Handmade in Italy, the shoes are embellished with a Swarovski elements satin bow. Sara Rue wore Aruna Seth peep-toe platform heels to her wedding, and Pippa Middleton wore the brand’s platform sandals to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge‘s evening wedding reception, too. Other celebrity fans include Paris Hilton, Goldie Hawn, Sophia Bush and Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice. Harris called off the wedding on Tuesday, Tweeting that she wished Hefner “the best” going forward. The Playboy mogul, for his part, has taken the split in stride, receiving support from former girlfriends Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt and even using a little humor. “Since we’re not getting married on Saturday, I’ve schedule a movie: Runaway Bride,” the 85-year-old Tweeted Tuesday night. “Seems appropriate.”
