Rachel Roy’s Summer Season Style Must-Haves

When summer temps soar, designer Rachel Roy knows how to keep her cool! Counting lightweight basics and statement jewels among her must-haves, the exotic beauty relies on a few select items to beat the heat. “My favorite for the summer is the Indian Oil Hair Serum,” she tells FASHIONetc.com of KeSARI’s jasmine-scented frizz fighter. Once her tresses are tamed, she then reaches for funky extras, singling out Sally Hansen’s Salon Effects nail polish strips as a fun (and affordable!) way to add a pop of color.
