Just a day before electrifying fans with an on-camera kiss at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were partaking in another couples activity together — shopping! The couple hit the Topanga Mall in Woodland Hills, Calif. on May 21 and stopped by the American Eagle Outfitters store to stock up on some summer must-haves. Gomez left with dresses, T-shirts and camisoles while Bieber picked out long-sleeved woven shirts and some graphic T-shirts. After Sunday’s awards show, the duo was seen vacationing in Hawaii, where Gomez was snapped wearing one of the very items she picked out during their spree — tie-dyed denim shorts, available on sale for $30 at ae.comTell us: Do you shop as a couple like Gomez and Bieber? –Kim Peiffer

Duchess Kate Wears Reiss Dress to Meet the Obamas

Duchess of Cambridge Wears Reiss Dress
Fame

She may be stylish, but the Duchess of Cambridge constantly proves that looking chic isn’t just for royalty. Catherine chose one of her go-to brands, British retailer Reiss, when she and new husband Prince William met with President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama at Buckingham Palace, marking their first royal duty since their wedding on April 29. The “Shola” dress, a taupe-colored fitted frock that showed off her slim figure, retails for $340 and can be purchased on reissonline.com, although it’s sure to sell out quickly (UPDATE: Reiss’s webste is crashing due to the high volume of traffic today with more of the dresses going up online soon!). She accessorized her look with an Anya Hindmarch black clutch. And this wasn’t the first time the Duchess chose Reiss for a momentous occasion — she picked a cream-colored dress by the high street label to wear in her engagement photos several months before the royal wedding. Tell us: What do you think of the Duchess of Cambridge’s latest Reiss pick? –Kim Peiffer, with reporting by Monique Jessen

She may be a supermodel-turned-actress, but Brooklyn Decker is still a bargain hunter. “I love a good sale,” the Just Go With It star admitted to reporters in New York recently. “I grew up in North Carolina so the whole New York fashion thing is still somewhat new. It’s only been five years since I’ve even been here so a good sale is always easy on the eyes and easy on the wallet.” Fêting the launch of the latest fashion flash sale site, Amazon’s MYHABIT.COM, Decker even rocked her favorite on-sale purchase: “They’re Dolce & Gabbana, they’re lace booties and I got them 20 percent off at one of the flash sale sites online. I love them.” And Decker wasn’t the only one sporting a discounted designer buy that night. For Vanessa Hudgens, it was her accessory choice for the evening. “This bag! Good ol’ Givenchy. I loved the hardware.” Tell us: What was your best bargain buy? Shruti Dhalwala

Queen Latifah is already a successful actress, singer and a CoverGirl, and now the multi-talented star is adding designer to her resumé with a new clothing line for HSN. The Queen Collection, launching this August, includes clothing and accessories designed for every woman in sizes 2-24. “I’m so excited about it,” Latifah tells PEOPLE. “This is something I have wanted to do for a very long time. I’ve been offered a lot of deals for clothing lines and actually started one that didn’t quite get off the ground but this is like a full circle moment for me.” Latifah, née Dana Owens, explains, “This is a young 14-year-old, 17-year-old and 22-year-old Dana trying to go shopping and actually finding the things she wants to wear or going on HSN and ordering the clothes she likes because they’re there and they are in her size. This has been a bit of a journey and it’s a really exciting venture.” She singles out the chic leather handbags she created as a favorite from the collection — for personal reasons. “I have a bag fetish,” she confesses. “I’ll have on sweatpants and a $3,000 purse. I don’t deny myself, bags are the one thing I’ll allow myself to splurge on.” And she’s banking on fans of the collection to feel the same about her designs. “I think the bag line is going to be really good. It’s versatile so it’s not going to look like the same bag from one collection to the next. There’s something for everyone.” Especially those who want to look like a queen. “I definitely want to be able to rock my bag. I figured, if I can rock it, why shouldn’t other people be able to?” The Queen Collection, including outerwear, will be available on HSN and HSN.com beginning Aug. 27. –Samantha McIntyre

Fergie Shows Off Blonder Hair at Billboard Music Awards

Fergie Goes Blonde for Billboard Music Awards
Gregg DeGuire/PictureGroup

Fergie has gone back to blonde! The singer’s illuminating onstage getup (a dress designed by Philips Lighting in collaboration with her stylist B. Akerlund) wasn’t the only thing lighting up the Billboard Music awards — she also set off some shock waves before the show by debuting new light blonde hair. After months of rocking a darker color, Fergie walked the red carpet Sunday night with light blonde locks, but still kept her sexy edge by balancing the soft new hue with dark eyes and a peekaboo Hervé Léger by Max Azria Atelier dress. This isn’t the first time that the Avon face has played color chameleon. She also went blonde last fall, lightening up from almost black. We love how Fergie’s fearless about taking risks with her color, and think that this change might be her most flattering yet. Tell us: What do you think of Fergie as a blonde? –Kim Peiffer
