She became famous as a sun-kissed California blonde, then (pleasantly!) surprised us a little when she went brunette in January. Now, Lauren Conrad is debating hair color choices again — and she wants your help. The former reality star took to her new style site, The Beauty Department, to poll friends and fans about her next big change. “Lauren and I have been talking it over and we love both colors so much,” Conrad’s longtime hairstylist Kristin Ess writes in the accompanying post. “We can’t really decide on which way to go next. Back to blonde or should we do a new spin on brown? HELP!” What do you think? To weigh in, head to The Beauty Department.

Shop Hollywood’s Latest Fashion Fetish: camilla and marc!

There are two new names on the tips of Tinseltown tongues: those of Australian design team camilla and marc! Just last month, the brother-sister duo captured the hearts of fashionistas including Ashley Tisdale, Rachel Bilson and Hayden Panettiere, and the stars definitely did the designers proud. “She keeps the look well balanced and effortlessly chic,” Camilla Freeman-Topper tells PEOPLE of Tisdale, who paired her $460 “Blind Call” dress with a LOFT necklace. As for Bilson, “Rachel’s got something going on … her style is individual and unique. I love seeing girls take one of our pieces and make it their own,” Freeman-Topper gushes of the $690 “Equinox” frock she wore out in N.Y.C. And though Panettierre selected an overtly-feminine look, the designer thinks she perfectly accessorized the $1,010 “Cantel” mini. “Coupled with the hair, makeup and delicate shoes, Hayden made the look stylish and sophisticated,” she praises. We know Hollywood is hot for the brand, but want to know what you think. Justine Harman

Tom Cruise‘s oldest daughter is joining the family business. While Isabella “Bella” Cruise won’t be lighting up the silver screen anytime soon, she’s recently taken on the role of apprentice at stepmom Katie Holmes‘s fashion label Holmes & Yang. “Kate’s designing and [Bella] is just working her way up,” a beaming Tom Cruise told PEOPLE at the Simon Wiesenthal Center and Museum of Tolerance National Tribute Dinner in Beverly Hills Thursday, where he was joined by Holmes and son Connor. “She’s an artist, Bella, so it’s really great that she gets to work with it,” he added. “She’s loving it.” While her family gathered at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel to support Cruise, who was honored with the Humanitarian Award, 18-year-old Bella was on a flight back from New York City where she’s been learning about the burgeoning Holmes & Yang line. “This is my wife’s company, so you talk about movie sets with me, I can tell you [about] that,” Cruise joked while attempting to explain what exactly his daughter is doing with her step-mom’s brand. “You’ve got to go to all these different factories and verify and make sure you get the correct clothes,” he said. And is the father of three proud of his daughter’s new design aspirations? “I am,” he confirmed. “It’s wonderful!” –Jessica Wedemeyer

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen: Sweethearts and Stylists

Does the couple that dresses together stay together? It just might be true for John Legend and his ladylove, model Chrissy Teigen. Though the crooner is known for his clean-cut style, he admits that he regularly consults Teigen for her thoughts on his clothing choices — and she does the same with him. “We validate or shut down whatever each of us is doing,” Legend told PEOPLE recently at the launch of Tommy Hilfiger’s Prep World collection in New York City. “[It's] all of the time. We were together when we picked out our clothes today.” (Both looked chic in Hilfiger ensembles.) As for who styles best, the musician was quick to praise his significant other. “She’s better,” he shared. “It’s harder to dress a woman — there are so many options and accessories. For guys we only have so many elements.” The one fashion battle Teigen isn’t winning in the relationship, though? The fight for closet space. “He has more [clothes],” she pointed out. Added Legend: “I get a lot of free clothes. Plus my stuff is bulkier than hers so it takes up more space.” Maybe it’s time for a move? –Shruti Dhalwala
