She made quite the impression with her debut at the royal wedding in a stunning Alexander McQueen gown and now, Pippa Middleton is causing yet another frenzy with her fashion choices. The sister of the Duchess of Cambridge has been the center of attention recently for her girl-next-door style, and the buzz continued the day after the wedding when she was seen carrying a snazzy Modalu purse around town. According to Stylelist.com the bag — formerly called the Bristol — is made of gray leather and accented with gold-colored statement zippers and a classic structure. Since Middleton’s debut with the bag the day after the wedding, it sold out almost instantly online and has been now renamed the “Pippa” bag. But you still might be able to get your hands on one; Modalu is now taking a limited number of pre-orders online and ready to ship by June 22. Her bridesmaid gown was stunning. It should be, it was a very special day in history. Everything else she wears is normal for someone with that built at her age. Leave her alone folks and let her have a life.

Oh my… and we wonder how the “ste!reotypical American” became stereotypical all you have to do is read these catty remarks. I can bet that those in England are equally as tired of hearing about The American prides – pathetic Britney, Lindsey, Charlie, Miley, Angelina, and the list goes on so really get over yourselves. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind living without cameras in her face just because her sister married a prince. Jealousy is a very unbecoming green monster!!

I don’t see the hype over this chick she looks like a skinny Susan Boyle!

Why do the American fashion and tabloid industry (not regular folks) go crazy over such a basic dress and handbag like we don’t have anything good over here?

Before you know it, they’ll be giving her a job as some “fashion consultant” in America, just like they gave that hasbeen David Beckham $300 million for… what?

Where there used to be one person of color in a tv role, now there has to be one Brit. These Brits and their bad teeth are taking over American tv and taking entertainment jobs from America.

It’s not jealousy, like some of you think. And why include Angelina Jolie in this? They’re completely different, this Pippa is just looking for fast fame and dumb Americans will eat up everything these foreigners give us. They call it Dumb American Syndrome in Europe.

‘d love to meet her down under if you know what I mean…

@ bizzy bee: While I agree the amount of coverage of hers is getting tiresome, I think it’s a bit unfair to accuse her of ‘looking for fast fame’. It was the media that zoomed in on her during the wedding and refused to let go. All she needed to do was dress prettily like many other girls do and BAM, that’s the fashion-du-jour.

Sorry but her bad is one of thousands that is nothing special….enough of this woman…….

Thank you, Team Commoner, I completely agree. If you want world news, go to an actual world news website, not people.com. I do have to day, though, I do like all this attention on the Royal Wedding. Then again, I am British, so I may be a little biased lol

Sorry, by using the word “you”, I meant the general reader, not anyone in particular. Just had to make that clear after rereading my comment. :)
