Though they kept the start of their relationship quiet, Amy Smart and new fiancé Carter Oosterhouse made their engagement decidedly less secretive! Smart was spotted at the Body Shop Three-Minute Shower Challenge at New York City’s Columbia University Thursday, flashing her gorgeous engagement ring. The actress, 35, and her groom, a 34-year-old home improvement guru, began dating in November, but didn’t go public with their budding romance until January of this year. Behind the Scenes of Kirsten Dunst’s Wild Bulgari Fragrance Shoot

You’ve seen the pictures — now check out the video! Kirsten Dunst takes a walk (or rest?) on the wild side in her new Bulgari Mon Jasmin Noir fragrance ads, striking sensual poses while dripping in the brand’s gorgeous jewels. Modeled after the brand’s fantastical “Mediterranean Eden” theme, the shoot actually took place in sunny Pasadena, Calif. — though you could never tell from the video. Photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott had their staff transform the site into a fairytale world, complete with an Italian-style garden and gorgeous villa setting. But the most amazing moment comes toward the end of the clip, when a real lion (with its trainer) is released from its trailer and prepares for its big close-up. Now that’s wild! Johnny Weir Unveils Little Black Dress Line

It turns out figure skating champ Johnny Weir is more talented that we thought — even off the ice! The U.S. Olympian, known for his experimental taste in fashion, is launching a little black dress line for spring on edressme.com. Dresses from his inaugural capsule collection will be accented with ostrich feathers, sequins and other boisterous accessories and will be crafted from silk, antique matte satin and crepe stretch jersey fabrics. “With my name and legacy, people have learned to expect the unexpected, and this collection breaks the mold with its fresh and unique designs,” Weir said in a release. “The level of design is complemented by my understanding of a woman’s body, and my knack to refine the classic ‘Little Black Dress’ with fanciful embellishments like feathers and sparkles.” The collection will be priced from $198-$298 and will be available beginning April 30 on edressme.com. It appears that rocker Adam Lambert is joining a quickly growing club: that of famous men with facial hair. Two weeks after Zac Efron debuted his new beard and mustache — and months after Justin Bieber and Clive Owen sprouted theirs — the American Idol alumnus arrived at Los Angeles International Airport Tuesday with a goatee of his own. Though he’s always rocked that perfectly coiffed dark hair, this is the first time we can remember seeing Lambert — once included in PEOPLE’s “Sexiest Man Alive” issue — covering his famous face. While he’s new to the world of facial hair, Lambert has certainly primped in the past: he’s been known to indulge in spa treatments, and even talked about launching a unisex makeup line. Regardless of the reasoning behind the fuzz, he has some famous friends to call on for grooming tips: recent Idol winners Lee DeWyze, Kris Allen and David Cook have all been known to sport some scruff, too. Tom Ford: One of TIME’s Most Influential

Today, TIME revealed its list of the world’s 100 most influential people, and the fashion industry got a bit of the love. Designer Tom Ford, former creative director at Gucci and YSL and now, the man behind his eponymous fashion and beauty brand, was listed amongst other Hollywood and political stars like Colin Firth, Justin Bieber, Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton. In his write-up, actress Rita Wilson calls Ford a “sexy guy” who is deeply loyal. “Friendships are his other art. No fly by night. Tom has manners that are rare these days.” Heralding his obvious style skills and his amiability — he sends his own handwritten thank-you notes — Wilson says he stands out from the crowd. “Tom might be one of the TIME 100, but to me he is one in a million.”

Mandy Moore Returns to Red Hair

After rocking a darker do in recent weeks, Mandy Moore is showing off her sassy side with copper-toned hair. The singer-actress debuted the red-hued coiff Wednesday at an ASPCA event in New York City, showing it off with a simple, center-part ponytail and sheer blue blouse. Though the starlet had espresso-colored locks when we saw her just one month ago, at February’s Academy Awards her hair did have a hint of red. Moore is a seasoned regular when it comes to hair color experimentation: she’s been known to show off her blonder side (remember “Candy”?), and has experimented with various brunette shades, too.
