BUZZ: Is Kate Moss Designing Her Own Wedding Gown?

With an inner circle that includes everyone from YSL’s Stefano Pilati to Marc Jacobs, you’d think Kate Moss would simply phone a friend to design the dress for her impending nuptials to musician Jamie Hince. However, it seems the supermodel won’t be playing favorites with her designer friends, relying instead on her own style credentials. “I think she’s designing it herself,” legendary designer (and Moss pal) Vivienne Westwood told the Daily Mail. “She has done her own fashion range and she knows about clothes. She knows what she is doing.” Westwood is, of course, referencing Moss’s successful stint designing a collection for British retailer Topshop, which culminated in her final collection last fall. In her ads as the new face of Madonna and daughter Lourdes Leon’s clothing line, Material Girl, Kelly Osbourne is showing off her colorful side — and both Kelly and Lourdes are talking to PEOPLE about their fashion favorites for the upcoming spring season. “The military jacket. I love that and I put it with a bunch of badges on it to make it my own, too,” Leon said recently, whereas Osbourne points to the accessories. “The shoes–there’s a pair of nude heels that I’m really obsessed with,” Osbourne gushed. “There’s so much stuff in it that’s so me and what I wear. There’s a leopard dress that I get to wear next that I’m excited about. I love prints,” she said. When it comes to clothes for warmer weather, it’s shorts for spring that are all the rage for the girls. “I’m like obsessed with them,” said Lourdes. But one of the greatest things about the line, Osbourne observes, is that it’s accessible to everyone. “There’s not many other companies besides Material Girl that do clothes at an affordable price that are high fashion and [are] what people see in the magazines and can emulate themselves without having to go and spend $1000 on a dress,” she said. And one of the most important aspects of the line for 14 year old Lourdes was making sure that other girls her age could buy great clothes without breaking the bank. “I don’t go out and buy all of these expensive [clothes]…so it’s good for my friends. Jennifer Aniston has had a not-so-secret love affair with long layers for the past several years — until, that is, she abruptly chopped them off into a shoulder-length bob this week. But this recent hair change-up certainly wasn’t a first for the star, who’s rocked everything from extra-long and straight tresses in 2000 to that ubiquitous ’90s cut dubbed “The Rachel” in honor of her character on Friends. Hilary Duff Debuts Dark Brunette Do — With Feathers!

Hilary Duff walked on the wild side in more ways than one at the Global Action gala in L.A. — in addition to her leopard gown, the star also debuted a new brunette hairstyle woven through with feathers. “They’re just like extensions!” she told PEOPLE, before presenting an award to honoree Miley Cyrus. “You can brush them, curl them, straighten them. I’m sure that I have a pink one somewhere!” No word on what hubby Mike Comrie thinks of the new avian-inspired do — he was away with his hockey team, the Pittsburgh Penguins, for their six-month anniversary and Valentine’s day!
