Natalie Portman Unveils her Commercial for Miss Dior Cherie Fragrance

Just days before she steps onto the Oscars red carpet, Natalie Portman has slipped onto the net–as the Black Swan star’s first commercial for Miss Dior Cherie perfume makes its debut. Following in the same vein as her sexy print campaign for the scent, the video (below) was shot in Paris over three days last July by director Sofia Coppola over a soundtrack of the iconic French ’60s tune “Je t’aime… Mon non plus.” Depicting Portman in the city’s Parc Monceau, and the stairwell of a nearby townhouse, Coppola’s commercial spot for Dior shows Portman in a black evening gown borrowing, playing with and ultimately, keeping the black silk bow tie of actor Alden Ehrenreich. More Details on Jennifer Aniston’s “Sexy” New Haircut

Jennifer Aniston New Haircut Details from Chis MacMillanJesus Aparicio/BuzzFoto

Jennifer Aniston may no longer be sporting “the Rachel,” but the fascination with her every strand of hair continues. Aniston caused quite a stir this week by chopping her luscious long locks into a sexy bob, so it’s no surprise that the world wants to know all the nitty gritty details of her perfectly cut coif. Aniston’s longtime stylist Chris McMillan shared his method behind the hair change-up with Allure.com. “It was just time for a change,” McMillan said. “We had a blast doing it. And we’ve always liked this haircut. It’s about keeping things simple.” But why a bob? “I’m loving bobs again,” he explained, citing the recent styles featured by fashion houses like YSL and Celine. “It’s a sexy look.” But could it be that the real inspiration also had something to do with reality TV? Just ask McMillan. “The reason that I’m loving a bob at the moment… There are so many long, layered hairstyles and—don’t get me wrong, I love that. But The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills all have that. You know what I mean? And what’s the opposite direction you can go in.” Seems like this sleek and chic bob is pretty far in the right direction to us. Tell us: What do you think of Jennifer Aniston’s new bob?—Kim Peiffer

Justin Bieber’s Haircut: The Inside Scoop from His Hairstylist

Justin Bieber revealed his newly cropped do earlier this week, inciting a national debate over the singer’s new look (admit, you miss the trademark hair swoosh just a little). To get to the root of the matter, PEOPLE chatted with his longtime hairstylist, Vanessa Price, to see what prompted the change. “He was ready,” she explains of the more mature style. “Cutting your hair is just part of the evolution and growing process for anyone, and I think he was just ready,” she says. But don’t think this was a snap decision. Price reveals, “We’ve been talking about it over the last 6 months or so — more or less, it’s definitely been in the works for awhile.” It is all a collaborative process between the pop mega-star and his trusted stylist. “Justin has always been clear about what he wants done,” Price explains. “That said, he trusts me to make the right judgment with it, we really orchestrate his hairstyle together. He knows what he wants and I know what will work best with his features and hair type.” Paying close attention to his bone structure and extra fine hair, Price employed a method called “fine point cut layering, which gives it a really texturized look.” The resulting style is choppier, but still retains the star coif’s trademark touchability. “It’s like silk,” she admits. “He has very, very soft hair; I hope it stays that way forever.” Tell us: Do you like Justin’s new haircut?Justine Harman; reporting by Kate Hallett

VIDEO: Mulberry Throws a Star-Studded (and Very British) Fashion Show!

Could dogs be the must-have of the spring 2012 season? On the heels of Isaac Mizrahi’s dyed poodles, Mulberry models hit the runway with schnauzers! “The moment I saw them, I couldn’t stop laughing!,” first-row attendee Kirsten Dunst told PEOPLE. Other highlights for her? “I loved the colors, the flowy dresses and skirts.” Designer Emma Hill said her starting point for the collection came from Roald Dahl’s fairytale The Fantastic Mr. Fox, but she’s been inspired by another famous Brit recently: Kate Middleton, who has been spotted with a Mulberry clutch. “She is like an ambassador for Britain, and I think it is amazing to see that,” Hill said. “It was genuine that she liked it.” Any chance of the princess-to-be getting a namesake bag, like fellow English style icon Alexa Chung? “You will have to wait and see!” Hill teased. “We’re not much for naming things after people…but never say never!” – reporting by Dimi Gaidatzi

Minnesota Twins’ Joe Mauer Inks a Deal as the New Face of Head and Shoulders

Though it’s hard to rival Troy Polamalu’s million-dollar head of hair, the Pittsburgh Steelers safety (and face of Head & Shoulders) is about to get a twin — a Minnesota Twin, that is. All-star catcher Joe Mauer has joined Polamalu as the newest spokesperson of the brand. “Shooting a new ad with Head & Shoulders today. Exciting new co-star…,” Polamalu hinted last week on Twitter of filming ads with the MLB star, which will break on March 28. Mauer’s appointment to the Head & Shoulders comes hot on the heels of his recent $184 million contract extension- and should give him the chance to show off the sexy head of hair that’s usually hidden by his catcher’s helmet! Looks like the ladies already approve! Tell us: What’s your take on Joe Mauer as the newest spokesperson for Head & Shoulders?–Alex Apatoff
