Jennifer Aniston has bid goodbye to the long layers that have been her signature look for years and chopped her hair into a shoulder-length bob. The actress stepped out at a Madrid photocall for her new movie Just Go With It rocking a sexy, tousled take on the cut. And while the new do might have surprised some fans, a change seems to have been on Jennifer’s mind recently. A couple weeks ago she gave a hint at the hair-raising direction she was headed in when she turned up at the film’s New York premiere after trimming off a few inches. This newest cut, however, marks a hairstyle milestone as she brings the length above her collarbone. Tell us: What do you think of Jennifer’s shorter hairstyle?–Kim Peiffer

Why do most actresses feel they have to go blonde as they get older. It is so tiresome and Jennifer started out with pretty dark hair, then highlights were added, and now she is completely blonde. And she does not have a bob haircut, it’s just a cut to her shoulders. A bob is chin line or a little above which I think would be just lovely on her. The days of her hair hanging in her face should be over by now. She is much too pretty to be still trying to hide her face all the time. I saw her once when her hair was her natural color and she wore it swept up, off her face, no part, and she was a knockout.

I always thought of a “bob” as a lot shorter than that. Looks like just a glorified “trim” of what she has always worn. I don’t care for the light color. Makes her look like a California girl wannabe.

I think this style is very boring. So typical of the “bob” haircut. She looked pretty with the longer hair. And as for the comments about being too old for long hair… very yesterday. That doesn’t really apply anymore. Maybe in the 1950′s.
