We have already seen literal interpretations of menswear for the ladies, but fashion’s boldest trendsetters re-imagined the trend in a variety of ways — all in the last day! The latest iterations of the look range from the risqué to the buttoned-up, but always include stylishly sexy details. Tuesday night, Cate Blanchett opted for a black-and-white look, selecting crisp white trousers and shiny lapels for the IWC “A Night in Portofino” gala in Geneva, Switzerland. In L.A., Camilla Belle was spotted pairing high-waisted tuxedo trousers with a gauzy nude bandeau, revealing her toned abdomen at the premiere of From Prada to Nada. And back across the pond, Kylie Minogue ramped up a classic suit with a sheer blouse, breezy bow and crimped updo. We applaud Hollywood’s affirmation that behind every menswear-inspired look is a strong woman, but want your opinion. Tell us: Are you riding the coattails of the latest menswear trend? Are you ready to add a pantsuit to your going-out wardrobe?Justine Harman

Jennifer Aniston: The Rachel Was “the Ugliest Haircut I’ve Ever Seen”

TK
Everett

Though it may have spawned a million knock-offs, there is one person who wasn’t in love with the flippy ’90s hairdo affectionately known as “The Rachel”: Jennifer Aniston! “Let’s say there have been moments I’d rather not relive, like that whole Rachel thing,” she laughs in the February issue of Allure of the cut inspired by her character on the TV show Friends. “How do I say this? I think it was the ugliest haircut I’ve ever seen. What I really want to know is, how did that thing have legs?” And though she laments some beauty faux pas of her past, the versatile actress still embraces on-screen change, especially in her newest film. “I didn’t wear mascara in Just Go With It,” she admits. “It’s fun to transform a little bit–what did I have to lose?” Check out equally transformative pics of Aniston from her Allure cover shoot, rocking bangs and baring her toned tummy in unbuttoned silk pajamas allure.com.  And for the full interview, pick up the February issue of the magazine, on stands nationwide Jan. 25. –Justine Harman
