Gwen Stefani is the Gorgeous New Face of L’Oreal Paris!

Gwen Stefani Spokesmodel L'OrealCourtesy L’Oreal

Gwen Stefani is adding one more accomplishment to her growing list with the announcement to PEOPLE that she’s inked a deal as the next face of L’Oréal Paris. “I can’t believe I get to be one of the L’Oréal Paris girls,” says the star, “I love playing dress up, on stage or shooting videos, it’s always been one of my favorite parts of being in a band.” Of joining the brand’s stable of A-listers like Jennifer Lopez, Eva Longoria and Beyoncé Knowles, Stefani says, “To get to work with such a modern, talented group of people is really exciting. I’m a lucky, lucky girl.” Aptly enough for a star who’s made red lips her signature, Gwen’s first campaign will be for the brand’s Infallible Le Rouge lip color. And while she’s offered us a first look at an image from the set of her shoot (above), you’ll be able to catch her full commercial in just a few days, when it debuts during this Sunday’s Golden Globes. Nicole Kidman Trades Style Tips with Jennifer Aniston

Nicole Kidman Jennifer AnistonAlexi Lubomirski for Harper’s Bazaar

As Harper Bazaar‘s February cover girl, Nicole Kidman sat down with fellow Hollywood heavyweight Jennifer Aniston – her costar in the new comedy, Just Go with It – to dish on her style philosophy. “I like boy-girl looks. I have no sense of what’s fashionable; I just know what I like to wear,” she tells Aniston. “I don’t like kind of changing with the wind; I like sticking to my own self.” By that, she means staying loyal to designers like L’Wren Scott and avoiding being fussed over with couture confections: “Yeah, Renee Zellweger said she’s just not that interested in having loads of designers make clothes for her; it feels gluttonous. That is so right. It’s not the place to be, particularly in your 40s.” But has the Nashville-transplant really embraced her new hometown style? “I don’t wear cowboy hats,” Kidman admits. “I think they’re cute. I sometimes put one on with a bikini, but it’s a particular look. I like a cowboy hat on [2-year-old daughter] Sunday Rose.” To read more of their interview, go online or pick up your own copy of Harper’s Bazaar available on newsstands Jan. 18. – Hana Choi

Bridezilla she wasn’t. When Kellie Pickler tapped Badgley Mischka for her wedding gown, she gave them total design freedom, she says. “I really didn’t ask for anything at all,” she tells PEOPLE. “They just took such great care of me and did it all. I just stood there and instantly fell in love with it.” The feeling was mutual, say designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka, who told PEOPLE they’ve been fans of Pickler’s since American Idol. “She has such a pure, kind spirit and we were thrilled when she asked us to design her wedding gown,” they said in a statement. “The classic ballgown silhouette is perfect for her amazing figure.” Pickler’s favorite detail on the ivory duchess satin strapless gown, which featured crystal beaded accents on the train? The tulle ballgown skirt, which could be removed to reveal a mini dress beneath. “I took the skirt off as soon as the ceremony was over and wore the short dress for the rest of the evening,” she says. The gown, however, is hardly a throwaway. “I will treasure, treasure that dress,” she says. “It’s such a classic, timeless gown that I would love to pass down to our children.” Pick up this week’s PEOPLE, for all the details on Kellie’s island wedding. –Eileen Finan

The Kardashians Seal Fashion Deal with Sears

The Kardashian Sisters Seal a Fashion Deal with SearsCourtesy PR Newswire

There’s no stopping Khloe, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian! If you couldn’t get enough of their Kardashian line for bebe, here’s another chance. The reality stars are once again teaming together for an even bigger deal with retail stalwart Sears, according to WWD. The brand? The Kardashian Kollection, naturally! “Not only do they have locations nationwide, but we recognize that Sears will allow us to reach multigenerations of fans and people who are interested in fabulous clothing at affordable prices,” said Khloe Kardashian. Come August, more than 400 Sears stores will carry a full line of apparel, lingerie, jewelry and other accessories produced by Australian designer Bruno Schiavi’s Jupi Corp. and will reflect each sister’s individual style. And while prices have yet to be divulged, Kim wants “to make sure that everyone can have access to the Kardashian Kollection.” The company says they will be within the range of other Sears apparel brands and already estimate approximately $200 to $300 million in sales in the first year. This represents a retail coup for the sisters Kardashian, who have been keeping busy aligning themselves with brands like Skechers and QVC, as well as their own successful Dash boutiques in Calabasas, Calif., Miami and New York. Lindsay Lohan recently Tweeted that she planned to take things “one step at a time,” and now she’ll be doing that in shoes from her first-ever footwear line for her clothing brand 6126! “I took inspiration from old Hollywood glamour and added a modern edge,” Lohan tells PEOPLE of the line. “It was key to make comfortable, timeless shoes that can easily go from day to night and feel cool, chic and glamorous.” Lohan’s business partner Kristi Kaylor says that means an update to classic styles including wedges and riding boots, adding modern accents like hardware and mixed leathers. And Kaylor tells PEOPLE that Lohan is involved in the creative process the whole way: “She comes to meetings with tears, photos, and fabrics. She brings her own shoes in to show specifics. She’s ultra-prepared, all the time.” Lohan’s also a stickler for high-quality footwear, ordering all the materials straight from Europe and choosing “fashion-forward but not trendy” shoes, Kaylor says. “They’re timeless — you’re buying an over-the-knee boot to wear for years.” Lohan fans can nab the shoes in stores this fall; they’ll cost between $100-450. –Alex Apatoff
