WATCH: Carrie Underwood Stars in New Olay Commercial

Just two months after announcing her role as Olay Skin Care’s first-ever North American celebrity ambassador , a glowing Carrie Underwood is glamming it up for the cameras in a brand new ad campaign for the beauty brand—and giving PEOPLE a sneak peek! The print and TV spots, part of Olay’s Challenge What’s Possible campaign, catch the newly married country star mostly makeup-free as she washes her face with Olay Facial Cleansers. And while the print ads, which were shot earlier this fall in N.Y.C., won’t hit magazines until February, Carrie’s television commercial, featured above, will air later this week. You can also catch the five-time Grammy award winner in a special ad that will run during this week’s Country Music Awards, which Carrie is co-hosting with Brad Paisley. Karina Smirnoff Shows Off Her Engagement Ring!

Despite her recent elimination from Dancing with the Stars, it looks Karina Smirnoff will have a lot to smile about this holiday season. The ballroom beauty broke the happy news to PEOPLE on Saturday that she and baseball player Brad Penny are engaged. And Smirnoff had the sparkle to prove it at Tao Las Vegas’s five-year anniversary party on Saturday night, where she debuted her 4.5 carat Asscher Cut diamond engagement ring. “He got down on one knee and he opened the box and I said, ‘Thank you’, said Smirnoff of Penny’s Oct. 4 proposal. A spokesperson from the Diamond Information Center places an estimated value of $100,000 on the 4.5 carat sparkler. And that wasn’t all that the lucky bride-to-be received from her fiancé: The strapping pitcher, who was unable to join Smirnoff at Tao this weekend, surprised her with a hand-written note in a fortune cookie telling Smirnoff she was his soul mate—complete with a stunning Everlon diamond necklace from adiamondisforever.com! “I’m marrying a Southern Gentleman,” said Smirnoff, who accepted her fiancé’s proposal following a year-long courtship. – Gillian Koenig; reporting by Mark Gray

The reality star was spotted wearing costume-like toppers well after the holiday this week in N.Y.C., where the sisters recently opened a Soho outpost of their Dash boutique. Khloe stepped out of her hotel on Tuesday donning a fuzzy fox hat, complete with ears and scarf-like flaps with paws on the ends. Leighton Meester’s Latest Role: The Face of Vera Wang Fragrance

Gossip Girl‘s resident Queen Bee Leighton Meester has teamed with another Upper East Side fashion fixture: designer Vera Wang. The stylish star has signed as the latest face for the famed designer’s next fragrance, scheduled to hit department stores this summer. “I am so thrilled to have Leighton as the face of our new fragrance,” Wang said in a release. “Her beauty, talent, and spirit will inspire all the young women that I hope will enjoy this passionate, young fragrance.” And while Leighton was recently named global ambassador for hair care brand Herbal Essences, this new partnership marks her first foray into fragrance. Ads will be shot by famed photographer Carter Smith in New York this weekend and are slated to hit the pages of your favorite magazines next summer. And while further details on the fragrance have yet to be revealed, we’re certain that a Vera-and-Leighton combination will make a oh-so-chic spritz. Hilary Duff Still Surprised by Her Husband’s Love of Clothes

When it came to settling into married life with Mike Comrie, there were no surprises for Hilary Duff–until it came to his closet. “I can’t believe how much he actually likes clothes!” the newlywed told PEOPLE Thursday night at Lucky‘s 7th annual Lucky Shops VIP event. “Right now we have two separate closets, and mine is significantly bigger than his, but he needs a lot of space too! He has a lot of suits and his jeans are huge.” And while she’s well aware of her athletic hubby’s size by now, the star still can’t get over how much larger his clothes are compared to hers. “I bought him a bunch of clothes for his birthday and I was like, ‘this is your size? It’s huge!’ But I don’t know. Maybe it’s because he has a big butt because he’s a hockey player.” One thing she isn’t look forward to? Consolidating their closets for an impending move. “It’s funny, now we’re moving into a smaller house and we’re going to have to downsize in a big way. It’s scary, I don’t know how I’m going to part with my things.” In the meantime, the two are planning their first holiday together as a married couple. “I think we might actually be alone for this Christmas, in Pittsburgh. I think his family is all going to be in L.A. and mine is too, so it’s definitely going to be new, but I’ll have to get back to you on what we do!
