While it sold out within hours in London, American women coveting the blue Issa dress Kate Middleton wore to announce her engagement are in luck: Starting immediately, reservations can be placed on the $535 long-sleeved silk-jersey dress on net-a-porter.com, with orders expected to be shipped in January. For those of you lucky enough to be in London, you can pop into Harvey Nichols, Matches or Fenwick on Bond Street (where it’s believed the princess-to-be picked up hers), but expect to be put on the wait list as this dress has gained superstar status, with high street copies selling out everywhere since that historic Nov. 16 announcement. And while that particular dress has caused a global sensation, designer Daniella Helayel refuses to comment on whether it’s hers or Kate’s favorite. “I don’t have a favorite,” Helayel tells PEOPLE exclusively from her Chelsea studio, where the phone has been ringing off the hook since that appearance. “I always admire the styles and colors Kate chooses to wear.
