Oh, ‘Baby’! Justin Bieber to Unleash His Signature Scent

Sipa

After morphing into an action figure and adding his sparkle to nail polish, Justin Bieber is giving fans one more way to catch Bieber Fever — this time putting his own spin on scent with a debut signature fragrance. The mop-topped singer has just announced that he’ll launch My World, a unisex scent that will be produced not in bottles but instead infused into wristbands and dog tags, WWD reports. “They actually brought me a bunch of stuff to smell today,” Justin told the publication on Friday. “One of them smelled too young, too fruity. One was really good.” While the bergamot, lychee, pomegranate, cedar and musk scent is all his own, he wasn’t shy about giving props to the love-at-first-sniff scents of another pop sensation. “I actually like the Britney Spears perfume on girls. It smells good,” he said. My World will come in four designs–Icon, Energy, Tour and Web–which fans can sniff for themselves when the they launch exclusively at Walmart on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) for $10 a pop. What do you think of Justin creating a fragrance? Will you try My World?–Katherine Kluznik Rentmeester

Elizabeth Banks and Olivia Palermo Shop Early for Spring 2011, Thanks to Ann Taylor

Will Ragozzino/Sipa

It was a packed rooftop Wednesday night at the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York, as select fashionistas collected for a preview of Ann Taylor’s latest collection for spring 2011. And among them were some veteran fans. “[In Massachusetts,] I grew up with Ann Taylor over Barneys any day,” Elizabeth Banks told PEOPLE. “I’m just a fan of the simplicity of it and especially their petites line—[it fits me] right off the rack, no tailoring necessary.” And viewing the lines neutral-toned jackets, military-inspired trousers, and light cocktail dresses, Banks already found her spring must-have: the seersucker blazer. “I think seersucker for spring is always perfect.” Despite lusting after a short green cropped jacket, it was all about the brand’s statement accessories for fashion-maven Olivia Palermo. “Each season, I like the accessories more and more. Its young, its hip, and always on trend,” she said. As for the line’s new wedding and events collection, featuring classic silhouettes with feminine touches, it certainly had Palermo’s stamp of approval. “You want to be really chic as a bride, and I think it does it well.” —Shruti Dhalwala

Emma Roberts Dishes on Her ‘Scream’-Worthy Red Carpet Style

Sara De Boer/Startraks

There’s rarely a dull moment onscreen for actress Emma Roberts, and on the red carpet, the emerging fashionista likes to keep it just as interesting. “I’ve just been doing different things,” the 19-year-old style star—and niece of screen legend Julia Roberts—told PEOPLE on Sunday at Spike TV’s Scream Awards in L.A. “I think it’s fun to change it up. Like, I don’t wanna be boring.” Roberts showed off her “sexy” side in a Pucci lace confection and Brian Atwood pumps on the red carpet on Sunday. “I’m [usually] pretty casual. Like, I love just doing jeans and boots and a T-shirt,” she explained. “But when I go on the red carpet I like to be fun and just kind of wear whatever makes me feel comfortable. As for trying on new trends for fall? “I’ve been trying the long dresses lately, but I think I’m too short is what I’ve realized,” revealed Roberts, who joined the ranks of Hollywood’s hottest shrieking starlets, including Megan Fox and Kristen Stewart, as the newest member of Scream‘s ensemble cast. And while Roberts may not be afraid of experimenting with her style but admits that watching the original Scream gave her quite a scare. “I watched half the movie with my eyes closed and my friends were like, ‘Emma, you’re gonna be in the next one. You can’t be covering your eyes while you’re watching the movie.’” — Christie LaRusso; reporting by Scott Huver;

Get ‘Gossip Girl’ Party-Perfect Dresses — Designed by the Show’s Stylist For Under $50!

Kyle Dean Reinford

When Gossip Girl stylist Eric Daman was approached to create a line for budget-friendly chain Charlotte Russe, deciding what he would design was a no-brainer.  ”It just seems so apropos to what I do on the show,” he told PEOPLE of his collection of party dresses. “It’s like a ball or a gala every episode. I didn’t want to do separates. Serena van der Woodsen T-shirts? You can buy that. I wanted to do something special.” Even the Blair Waldorfs of the world will be tempted by Daman’s dresses, with prices starting at only $34.50. Expect lots of full skirts made for twirling with glittering accents galore. And while he loves designing high-fashion at low prices, he has to admit, dressing on an unlimited budget is a treat. But when it comes to picking his favorite characters to clothe, like any proud parent, it’s tough to choose. “It’s like your children. You can’t pick your favorite child. I love them all,” he says, before revealing his weakness for the show’s most dapper gentleman. “Chuck Bass has a very special place in my heart. It’s that Saville Row thing.” So, is a men’s line up next for the Upper East Side’s resident wardrobe specialist? “Yes, but I’m not allowed to talk about that yet,” he hints. Who Wears Her Smiley Sleeves Better: Katy Perry or Paris Hilton?

Shirlaine Forrest/WireImage, Hector Vasquez/Pacifi

We’ve heard of wearing your heart on your sleeve, but we’ve never actually ventured to wear an emoticon! On Thursday, Paris Hilton visited an L.A. costume shop festively dressed in a top with spherical smile sleeves, braided driver’s cap and two festooned pups. And though the animated look might seem unique to the heiress, Katy Perry wore the very same top over a year ago! While performing at the Manchester academy in the U.K last February, the quirky pop star styled the same enthusiastic sleeves with a polka-dotted swing skirt, bow-adorned tap shoes and a Betty Page bob.
