PHOTO: Svelte Jennifer Hudson Flaunts Her Figure

Looks like someone isn’t cheating on her diet! Jennifer Hudson, who recently revealed that she’s lost an additional 20 lbs. since April, appeared even more svelte at the seventh annual Black Ball for her Keep a Child Alive foundation in New York on Thursday. The Weight Watchers spokesperson, dressed in a stunning strapless black gown, clearly had a blast on the red carpet as she flaunted her figure for the photographers. Earlier this month, Hudson, 29, said she’s still getting used to her new look. “I go into the store and they try to put me in 4s and 6s and Iā€™m like [she looks over both shoulders] ‘Who are you trying to talk to?ā€™ā€ says the former size 16 star.

Annette, you obviously know nothing about WW. There is no “Weight Watchers” food. Weight Watchers is a support program for people with weight issues that teaches you how to eat healthy foods in proper portions and create small changes in your lifestyle that will help you meet your weight loss goals and to do so in a way that is sustainable. Make sure that you educate yourself before you start making broad-based statements. WW is NOT a diet and not all programs are created equally!

One thing you need to know about weight watchers is you DO eat regular food. EVERYDAY! You just learn portion control and how to cook healthier on weight watchers. I exercise 30 minutes a day and count my points (calculated using dietary fiber, calories, and fat) and I’ve lost 30 lbs so far. Yes it costs $40 a month to go to the meeting, be weighted in, and learn how to do change your life style and your relationship with food… Nevertheless, you don’t’ have to be rich to do it, just serious about changing your life! :)

Annette… there is no “weight watchers food” for JHud to get sick of. They eat normal, everyday food, unlike Nutrisystem, etc.

Weight watchers is an awesome program for anyone looking for a lifestyle change. It teaches you how to eat right so you can keep the weight off. I have been on ww since Feb and have lost 55 pounds. I have 24 more to go. I am so glad for Jennifer to have taken control of herself. It’s something I can relate to, and I find it to be just another reason to admire this woman.

Seriously? She does all this work, is looking her best and you have to comment on her marked legs?? Heaven forbid anyone in Hollywood show a flaw or two.

Let the scars, cellutlite, etc show!! Give young girls a chance to know what a REAL human being looks like.

Um, Annette, Weight Watchers teaches you to eat until you’re full and no more. Yes, they have their own brand of food that you can purchase in a grocery store, but they do not direct you to only eat their food. Weight Watchers encourages people to limit their portions and eat healthy foods.

JENNIFER LOOKS FABULOUS AND I HOPE SHE CONTINUES THE WORK. HOWEVER AS ANOHTER BLACK WOMAN WHAT IS SO GREAT ABOUT BEING A SIZE 4 OR 6, THAT IS NOT ALWAYS REALISTIC FOR OUR BODIES. BEING SKINY DOESNOT MEAN YOU ARE HEALTHY AND IN SHAPE. FOR MOVIESATRS AND ENTERTAINERS THEY MAY NEED TO BE SMALLER FOR THE CAMERAS. MANY TUMES THE AVERAGE PERSON INSPIRE TO LOOK LIKE ENTERTAINERS AND WE DON’T REALIZE REAL BEAUTY COMES FROM WITHIN. LIVING HEALTHY AND LOVING OURSELVES IS THEY KEY.

well weight watchers is different than Jenny craig and Nutri system because you are not eating process food you are just basically counting calories because they assign you a certain amount of points to each day and you have to look at what you eat and count the number that is assign to that particular food and that’s basically it, I think she looks great and I wish her the best
