Looks like someone isn’t cheating on her diet! Jennifer Hudson, who recently revealed that she’s lost an additional 20 lbs. since April, appeared even more svelte at the seventh annual Black Ball for her Keep a Child Alive foundation in New York on Thursday. The Weight Watchers spokesperson, dressed in a stunning strapless black gown, clearly had a blast on the red carpet as she flaunted her figure for the photographers. Earlier this month, Hudson, 29, said she’s still getting used to her new look. “I go into the store and they try to put me in 4s and 6s and I’m like [she looks over both shoulders] ‘Who are you trying to talk to?’” says the former size 16 star.

Annette, Weight Watchers IS about eating regular food. You can eat whatever you want on Weight Watchers, provided you don’t eat more than the points allotted to you. You can eat your daily points in chocolate bars if you want to, but the majority who join WW don’t do that, because they’re sick of feeling sluggish and unhealthy. WW is all about managing how much you eat but there are no special foods, forbidden foods, special drinks, shakes, pills, etc. WW is about as common sense as it gets.

She’s totally redoing her entire being. That’s the sign of a sick mind! She needs to loosen the lap band before she does some serious damage to her organs!

She looks great! You can actually see the shape of her body. I agee that no matter how much money you do or don’t spend, weight loss sucess is all about self control. Just because you have a personal chef doesn’t mean you won’t get take out when they leave.Just because you can hire a personal trainer doesn’t mean you will always workout as much as you should. It all starts and ends with YOU.

Why do people think you eat weight watcher foods, You don’t have to eat Weight Watcher foods. You eat whatever you want but count the points you get for the items you eat.You can eat anything and everything. It is a great program. You eat very healthy on the program. I was on it and lost 54 pounds and became a size 4/6. It is a great program to lose weight on and I would recommend it to anyone.

There is no such thing as “Weight Watchers Food.” People on WW eat what they buy at the grocery store.

In response to Annette. Weight Watchers is not like Jenny Craig or Nutri System. You don’t have to eat Weight Watchers “food”. You can eat ANY food you want as long as it fits into your plan. Weight Watchers teaches you portion control and how to make the right food choices. So Jennifer Hudson will most likely keep the weight off because Weight Watchers is NOT a diet it’s a life style change.
