Hilary Duff Darkens Up Her Hair: Love It or Hate It?

INF

Just six weeks ago, when she tied the knot with Mike Comrie, Hilary Duff was still a dyed-and-true blonde; but the actress was all smiles yesterday in L.A. as she staked her claim as Hollywood’s newest brunette bombshell. Over the past few weeks we’ve watched the newlywed gradually go darker, even trying an ombré look that rivaled that of Hollywood trend-setters like Drew Barrymore and Lauren Conrad–but we weren’t sure if she’d go all the way with the darker look. And while stars like Katherine Heigl have taken the change of the seasons as a chance to lighten up, Hilary has committed to cozying down for fall by shedding her extra sunny look. Do you think Hilary should keep the brunette hair, or do you prefer her as a blonde?

I’m not a big fan of “ombre locks”. I think Hilary looks best as a blonde. Maybe just lighten it a little to a nice honey-wheat shade.

Looks nearly natural :)

I like it. The lighter hair washed her out.

Love it!

Good for her and why not change hair color, sometimes change is good. She can pull any color off.

Way to go :-) !!!

Looks dull. She looks so much better with dark burnette hair.

I don’t know if I’d call that brunette; it looks more like a dark caramel blonde to me. The shade suits her, but then so does the lighter blonde. Looks great either way!

Ever since “Lizzie McGuire”, I’ve liked her as a blonde.

She’s a pretty girl. She looks fine either way.

I think a darker brunette or a lighter blonde shade would suit her – this inbetween colour is a little drab.

I like Hilary either ways, she should just do what makes her happy!
