EXCLUSIVE: Rachel Zoe and Brad Goreski Calling It Quits — Amicably

“Bananas!” Celeb stylist Rachel Zoe and her bow-tie clad assistant Brad Goreski have sadly decided to go their separate ways, effective Oct. 1. “I love Rachel and she’s taught me everything I know,” Goreski, 33, tells PEOPLE exclusively. “But there’s a point where either I do it now or I’ll never know what it’s like to spread my wings and soar.” Breaking the news to Zoe about a month ago was nothing short of “major.” “We couldn’t stop hugging and we couldn’t stop crying,” she says. “He did this with such class and elegance. And I get it. I just told him, ‘I’m here for you always.’” Goreski is counting on that. “I hope she’ll continue to teach me more and more,” he says. And while the dynamic duo’s frenzied pace has been constant fodder for Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project, filling Goreski’s designer shoes will be no easy feat. “We have a relationship that’s not normal. I jump into bed with him and wake him up and we have these pow wows and he’s like, ‘Wow, I haven’t brushed my teeth,’” Zoe says. “I don’t want to hire somebody for the purpose of the show, we just got lucky. Awwww — say it ain’t so! This pairing was as exquisite as any you’ll ever see! I am desperately asking BRAVO here: CAN’T YOU DO SOMETHING?! This season I was beginning to see Brad in a ~ co-equal role with Rachael. In no manner could I ever think of Rachael as being tyrannical/envious with respect to Brad. I imagine that she is rather feeling as though a piece of her will be missing when Brad leaves — I will. With respect to Rachel’s husband Rodger — so NOT gay in either demeanor/appearance. He simply reflects some of the gay community’s many wonderful attributes, such as having gracious manners & dressing well.

Wow…first Taylor splits…and now BRAD? That must be the reason the show wasn’t on last night..YIKES! I knew Brad seemed like he was getting restless..but QUIT…? He could go work with Taylor again…aaaa…NO. :( I wish them all the best…but the show will go downhill now. I thought the headline at first meant that Rachel’s hubby finally left her.
I hate the way she treats him, don’t you?

If Rachel doesn’t get on the baby bandwagon soon hubby Rodger will end up leaving her too. At the end of the day the best thing to do is go home to your family(that means kiddies too). It’s not like she would personally be the one to take care of the children, that’s what they have nannies & hubbies for.
