Lady Gaga’s Meat Dress Turning Into Beef Jerky

One of the obvious problems with a dress made entirely out of meat is that it’s perishable. So, after Lady Gaga premiered her fleshy outfit at last week’s MTV Video Music Awards, fans had to wonder: What would become of the famous meaty fashion after the show? No, it wasn’t grilled up and served with a case of red wine. “The dress will go through a process where it becomes a sort of ‘jerky,’ ” the designer, Franc Fernandez, tells E! Online. But before you start salivating, be apprised that the jerky will not be available for tastings. It will be “archived” for posterity, Fernandez says, telling MTV Style that he bought 50 pounds of meat and designed the dress over three days, refrigerating it in between sessions. Over time, the metamorphosis into jerky is natural, he adds. “The meat dries out, rather than rotting,” he says. “But it shouldn’t be worn again.”And he’s not planning on designing another one. “There’s not going to be meat dresses in the future,” he says. “This was made for a specific purpose. She should stop pretending to be such a humanitarian. How many children around the world are dying from malnutrition that could have been fed with that 50 pounds of wasted meat????

The dress actually is more attractive then she is!
Honestly though, that is very distasteful and insensitive for Gaga to subject her vegetarian fans to this. She has no respect. She must feel like she is above everyone else. I don’t know why she would blatently do something so sick just to get attention. She would have received more positive attention if she would have brought food to starving children instead of saying look at me in my fierce meat dress. She really is sick! Anybody who is defending this behavior is either sick as well or just a mindless sheep who never looks at anything for themselves. Sad.

How annoying is it that all her little monsters say that everything she does is art? Pathetic. All she does is recycle other peoples ideas and takes credit for these things. The only original thing she has done is this meat dress and it is absolutely repulsive. At least it was original though.
This woman is not art! She is a joke.

Hey little monsters…….. not everything mama monster does is art!!!!!! Stop eating her but and get your own education on what art actually is. When she releases her bowels is that art too? THE MOST PATHETIC FAN BASE IN THE WORLD! I would be so embarassed to be a fan of this person. So glad I am not into the pre packaged manufactured pop star. That is what she is. Just manufactured for those who don’t like the traditional cookie cutter mold of a popstar.
So funny to see people think she is original.

She actually explained why she was wearing this outfit and it really makes a statement. Regarding the Don’t ask Don’t Tell law, she says that if we don’t take a stand for this law to be passed we will soon have just as much right as the steak in our buns. So, fight for your rights or get prepared to be eaten raw …

Meat dress? Some lady in Canada did this years ago… her meat dress was on display in museums for months… they just kept making a new one over and over out of flank steak I believe.
