Kelly Osbourne, 25, hit the Emmy Awards red carpet on Sunday looking slimmer than ever in a black, form-fitting Tony Ward gown. What’s the secret to her new sleek physique? “Ever since Dancing with the Stars, I’ve tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a day–nothing too crazy,” she tells PEOPLE. “My trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me.” The actress—who hits up Hagaman’s Blue Clay Fitness gym four times a week—now has a little extra incentive when it comes to keeping her looks camera-ready: She’s joined Joan Rivers as a panelist for the Fashion Police on E!. –Thailan Pham; reporting by Blaine Zuckerman

Kelly looks incredible. Her trainer, Sarah Hagaman is my trainer as well and Sarah is THE BEST. Sarah is professional, sweet, motivating, and has a way of keeping me going with a smile on my face throughout the workout. I highly suggest her if you are looking for the best.

People please read this again…she said AFTER DWTS she gets in 1/2 an hour of cardio a day. DWTS helped her lose most of her weight and now she does cardio to maintain it. It’s called dedication to a new lifestyle. Try it and stop being such haters. It actually does work!

She looks great, except for the hair. Needs to be highlighted with darker blending. But it will happen, as they change their hair coloring all of the time. Her weight loss is spectacular and hopefully she keeps healthy. Yes, we are a society of wanting to see slim people, as we stuff ourselves with too many large portions. But that is who we are, and so I fight for the right to say “She looks great”, rather than be shamed that I look at her slim body. Go, girl. She is maturing very nicely. Now, if we can shut her mom up. Her fame has gone to her head, and she is ridiculous most of the time. What was her talent again? Oh, yeah, marrying Ozzie.
