The Key to Kelly Osbourne's Amazing Body? Daily Cardio!

Kelly Osbourne, 25, hit the Emmy Awards red carpet on Sunday looking slimmer than ever in a black, form-fitting Tony Ward gown. What’s the secret to her new sleek physique? “Ever since Dancing with the Stars, I’ve tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a day–nothing too crazy,” she tells PEOPLE. “My trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me.” The actress—who hits up Hagaman’s Blue Clay Fitness gym four times a week—now has a little extra incentive when it comes to keeping her looks camera-ready: She’s joined Joan Rivers as a panelist for the Fashion Police on E!. –Thailan Pham; reporting by Blaine Zuckerman

Kelly looks wonderful. I’ve always thought she was such a pretty girl; now she’s grown into a beautiful women. I’m a fan of the whole Osbourne family. Keep being yourself Kelly, you’re doing a great job!

She’s ALWAYS been a beautiful girl & now it looks like she’s just brimming with confidence. It was refreshing to see her on DWTS & watch her progress & blossom. She really surprised me. I hope she continues to do well. She’s had a bumpy road but it looks like she’s on the right path. Just don’t get too skinny, Kelly! :)

Kelly looks fabulous!!! She has really matured from the teenage years of YUCKY clothing. Glad to see her looking so good. I don’t know what she really does, but you can bet that not only cardio, but diet is also involved. Doesn’t matter, she looks great. Keep it up, Kelly!!!

I’m happy for her and she looks great but there is no way she lost that much weight doing 1/2 hour of cardio a day. She must have changed her diet (at least) or starting doing some other kind of training. Why must they make it sound so simplistic?

I really like Kelly after DWTS, she seems like a really nice person. Wish I could lose some darn weight.
